Had a punctured tire, they fixed it within an hour at no charge! The next week another one of my tires had another puncture, but Discount Tire was completely booked for the day. I was told to come back tomorrow morning as soon as they open before the appointments start. They had my tire fixed within 20 minutes of me dropping it off the following morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A friend and I were on a road trip to Seattle and we had a flat tire. We needed a new tire as we couldn’t get far with the spare so we stopped by this location. I believe the front desk person who helped us was Andy. He took a look at the tire and saw no physical damage and told us the tire just needed air and a new plug. Within 30 minutes he fixed the tire and reinstalled it on the vehicle. Discount Tire did not charge us for this work and we very much appreciated the help and amazing customer service they provided us that day!

Bought my all season tires from here. My first business with them and am very satisfied. They had to order the tires for me and I went for installation on the weekend of Thanksgiving. Got $75 as prepaid card from the promotion they're running for the weekend. Service was good and the staff courteous and experience as expected. Cheers!!

They ruined one of my tires and said it was like that? I had to by another tire in order to leave. It is a completely different size. My maintenance place says now my tires cannot be balanced. I have called several times to talk to a manager, I either get left on hold forever, or disconnected, ya, sure. I then left many messages and have heard nothing from anyone let alone a manager. Why, why didn't I go to Les Schwab! Learn from my mistakes!

Very dishonest people.
I took a flat tire from my truck there for repair. I looked very hard and could not find the reason for the leak in the tire, however, when I came back to pick up the tire I was told it was not fixable. I asked for my tire back and when they brought it, it had a bigger than six inches cut right through the center of the tire. The cut was not there before. Also I took my truck there awhile back to put air in the tires; they said they filled the tires to what I wanted but it was quit a bit lower than what I had asked for.

By far the best customer experience across all industry in the US. I visited this location several times in the last 2yrs. All employees are attentive, transparent, and diligent. I never worry about getting ripped off here. I have a fleet of luxury vehicles and they will all get serviced at this location. I'm getting one of them fixed tmrw but I'm so confident to give them a five today.

Discount Tires on 19414 44th Ave. W in Lynnwood are exceptional because they treated me as a person without trying to sell tires I did not need. They were professional in checking my tires prior to purchase and balanced them without my asking. They chose the best tire for my spare and thanked me for coming in.
Discount Tires are professional and kind hearted individuals. They are efficient and prompt as I was there less than a hour without an appointment.
I highly recommend Discount Tires to anyone needing tires.

Went in without appointment on a holiday weekend. They were slammed but still took the time and effort to be absolutely professional and courteous! Did a great job on finding and recommending tires for my Jeep and offered a rebate when I was unaware that one could be had! I will recommend and always take my business to this location!
