Cool dudes. Only really buy parts for my bike here. But the help is nice. Noone I've dealt with has been pushy. I don't fit the Harley stereotype (there shouldn't be a stereotype at all but you know what I mean) so sometimes I get the feeling I'm not a priority when I need help, but eventually someone comes along to help me with whatever I need and with a smile on their face.

“Our 2001 Road King, is our ride we can't get enough of. We did buy the bike from the owner of Eagle Rider in Maui, and it was a bit misrepresented. We cannot say enough about the team at Silverdale Harley. They get our bike in when they know we need to ride, and they make sure it is safe. When we broke down in the town of Squim, on Memorial Day weekend, Jerry and crew trailered us back to Silverdale. They absolutely went above and beyond any expectation. We cannot say enough about the team they have, with Stormy and Jerry keeping it going. I can say this for sure, my next Harley will be purchased from Silverdale, they have won our loyalty ”

Hi Folks, I purchased a new 2017 Street Glide Special and Nikki handled the transaction. From the very first conversation I could tell that Nikki was very well versed in the features of that particular model. I have not dealt with the service department yet, But I would definitely recommend Destination Harley for a new bike purchase.

The gal that helped me was very sweet and friendly. Great customer service skills. She liked my leather jacket and was trying to show her the back. As I was fumbling to remove my vest she helped me out so I did not make a mess of myself or your store. She was very patient and sweet about the whole situation as I was a hot mess. I wish I could remember her name. She works in the Silverdale location and was there on March 4 th. Tall gal with shoulder length brown hair. ”

I have purchased many parts and accessories from Destination Harley and have always found them to be helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection as well. In the Service Dept. they have been able to analyze and find problems that other shops I have tried could not figure out. I trust these guys and visit often.

Very happy with all the guys at the parts counter that I have dealt with. They are pleasant, know their stuff and get me on my way in short order. If they need to order something for me I get a call as soon as it comes and is ready when I get there. They make me feel like they appreciate my business & that is why I buy my parts from their store.
