Food was good, service was not This was the second time my son and I have been there, you order your food pay for it up front and they ask you for the tip before you sit down After they get your food to you they seem to forget about you, many servers part is by (all of them a few times apiece), our drinks were empty and I saw 3 servers look directly at the drinks and then look away and walk past us.. we are never going back and wish I could get our tip back

A good store at a great location. However the beer selection is meek. Looking for domestic beers? Ain't gonna find it here. IPA are VIP here, domestics are MIA. Light beer? If I want to drink to drink light beer, I might as well drink tea.

We go there all the time and we are always very happy with everything, but this time it was different my food arrived 25 min late and I ordered the double cheese burger and one of the burgers was burned like charcoal burn which was the surf and turf. I also ordered a milkshake with my burger and I got my food first and about 10 min later I got my shakes. I always get both at the same time and I love that. I was very disappointed because my family and I love coming to this place.

Been here a few times and always enjoy the food but never the customer service. Took in voucher from my last visit for a free app after the manager gave it to us for poor customer service as that visit. Drinks took awhile, looked like they were understaffed I don't blame the waitstaff. Our food came and my wife's order was wrong, kitchen had to remake her burger and by the time it came out my meal was done. I was slightly irritated however I assumed her meal would be comped for the poor service. When I get the bill the server makes a big deal about how she comped our appetizer, but I already had a voucher for the free app. The thing that really irritated me was watching the manager standing at the bar the whole time chatting with a friend while the rest of the waitstaff struggled to provide good customer service. Unfortunately I think this visit will be my last.

Only been here twice so far. The staff is very friendly and attentive! I came here for my Birthday and loved it. Great food and great service. It did catch me off guard a little to order our food before we sat down, but still cool!

great food. servers were on point and very attentive. management came by and checked in, also asked for our names and remember them later on. very glad to see the location up and running after being closed for a while. will definitely be back again soon.

We visited this location on a Saturday when it wasn't very busy. I've been to the Tacoma Mall location before so I thought this location would be similar, sit down, order and get your food with great service. I was definitely surprised when that wasn't the case.
We walked in and the server came up and told us we had to order first, strange to have two registers so close to each other especially with a couple of families trying to order at the same time. Then the server came back to seat us, she had a table for 4 with a chair on side right in a walkway. We had a party of 6 so this clearly didn't work. They had to push two tables together so we could all sit together. Then we waited. After about 10 minutes went by I had to call someone over to see if the kids meal could be rushed. They brought out the side of fruit and said the grilled cheese sandwich would be right out. Then about another 10 minutes two servers came out with our meals, the didn't speak up and just looked confused that we didn't know which order was which. They didn't know what burger was which and when the server asked me what I had and I told her a BBQ burger she guessed that the last burger she had was it, even though it had no BBQ sauce. It had mayo which wasn't listed as an ingredient included so I had to send it back to receive what I ordered. Finally the grilled cheese came out which was just two pieces of toast with cheese melted on them and cut in half Not a sandwich. At this time we had to ask the server to bring a fork for the salad that was ordered and for napkins. Then about 5 minutes later the BBQ burger came back out and wasn't well done, it was bright pink inside with a tad if blood. This made me nauseous and I had to send it back, again. About 20 minutes later after everyone was done eating my burger came back out. Well done but with mayo. I was so tired of these teenagers not being able to get the order right that I went over to their desk and grabbed napkins to get the mayo off my food. Our whole experience was pretty bad overall and put a damper on our belated birthday/ Mother's Day lunch. Definitely don't recommend this location unless they do some retraining of their staff.response / report this review -

Food was ok not many places do Gluten Free buns for their burgers, and theirs were decent. Rainy cold day and the place felt as the AC was still on. Clean restroom. One of the appetizers we ordered was made wrong the fist time around so it was remade and came out late with our meal.

Great to see this place open again after the fire. I come here all the time with my family and friends, because it's a good burger at a reasonable price. One of my favorite nearby restaurants.

Great place to come by after work.great happy hour prices. Open late, so it's perfect for fellow service industry workers. Unfortunately, a fire in the kitchen has this location shut down for a ew months

Me and my girlfriend stopped in at blazing onion today to get a couple burgers. The food has always been satisfying at this location but nothing to brag about. I'm a big IPA drinker and I always enjoy trying new IPA's being presented at these fine establishments. Today our server Curtis was able to inform me of all the IPA's they had on tap without even looking. Also he was able to define the taste for me with a new brew they had available. I tried the brew and his description was spot on. The service was something that I was able to brag about. Thanks again Curtis.
