"Speed is a poor substitute for accuracy." my fortune cookie said today at lunch. That sums up my most recent experience with this DT location. I selected a new set of tires and booked an appointment online for my Sienna minivan. I worked with Anton who was very pleasant and easy going, but I hope he wasn't the guy who installed my tires.

On the way home my TPMS light came on. When I got home, I checked the tire pressure and all four tires were severely under-inflated. The factory spec is 35 psi, all were at 30 psi or below and most owners recommend 38 psi because Siennas eat tires. Aside from that safety issue, the wheel covers were only partially snapped in and none had the notch in the wheel cover aligned with the valve stem. One of the valve stems was crushed but so far has not leaked. One of the covers was on the verge of popping off (yes, I easily pulled it off with my bare hands).

I've used them before with success but this time it was a real disappointment. It's not like I was rushing them, I dropped off the car and left to go run other errands. You can tell that they rushed it and there was no buttoning up, I just hope the ties were mounted correctly. The price is right and the service may be quick, but my advice is make sure you check everything before leaving. My mistake was only checking to make sure all four tires were what I ordered.

I should have done this review about four years ago. I was between jobs and needed new tires. So I went to Firestone, they didn't bother even looking at my car just asked me the year, make, and model quoted me over $1400 so I went to shop around. I drove down the road and stopped at Discount Tire. The gentleman helping me said that he needed to look at my car, and after doing the inspection he said that the ones I was driving on were not safe. I let them know I was on a very tight budget and he offered me their cheapest option. It was still more than I could afford at the time. I asked if I could just get two of the tires replaced because it would still be unsafe the manager refused to let me drive on my worn out tires. He worked out a deal for all four tires that I could afford got them installed and back on the road. When I needed help the people at this location put me and my safety before profits and I will not go ANYWHERE else for my tires.

Fantastic service! My car started making a really loud vibrating noise on my way home from work. I called Discount Tire since they were close and asked if they could look under the car to see what was going on. It wasn't tire related (a piece of plastic came loose) but they gave it a temporary fix so I could get home and also filled up my tires with air. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I have a slightly more convenient option for getting my tires fixed, however I only bring my car in to Discount Tire when I need one replaced. I've been going there for years, and they have always been so helpful and friendly and have done a wonderful job. :-D

I'm wondering if the bad reviews I've seen on here were meant for Tire Discounters? I've had problems with them in the past.

Yes you can get a good price on tires but customer service is very poor. I called the store to get some information on some tires and schedule an appointment. I could hear the rushed sound in the reps voice he asked me if he could call me back. I said sure and he took my information. I never received a call back. I could have used an expert's opinion but I went ahead and chose tires myself and scheduled an appointment online. The day I was scheduled Manny my customer service representative.
I do not usually take the time to rate poor service, but Manny you got your company a 1 star. When I tried to get my questions and concerns answered to my suprise you had commented several times to me that "It doesn't matter ". Well Manny, I am a repeat customer and have taken 2 of my vehicles to your store. I have spent close to $1500 for those 2 vehicles which means I cared about your store. You have lost my business and I will no longer refer Discount Tire to my friends, family and co-workers. Two questions Manny, Does the manager know you care so little about the customers and Manny do you care now? My guess is probably NOT because you get paid even when you don't care.

My low pressure for my tires alarmed. I drove over to discount tires because they were close and we had dealt with them before. I had a hole in my tire that they patched. It was done in less then 20 mins and they did not charge me. Great service!!

Iv had one problem with them and they fixed it. Took my aftermarket rims there to have them put on did a great job. Discount tire is the best place to go hands down. Friendly staff always willing to help

I mean come on, all Discount Tire locations are great. They do more than just put the tires in, they take extra steps to worry about my safety. I see them grind the back of my wheel, and when asked why it was so it is a smooth connection with my vehicle. This part is unseen on the wheel anyway, they just clean the corrosion off of it. They use torque sticks and torque wrenches to ensure it is all secured correctly, and everyone is very friendly. They also price match anyone.
