These guys get 10 stars from my mother. She was impressed with the staff. She had a flat and pulled in to have it filled. They were closed but took time for her. One tire was flat with wires showing and the others were bald. They stayed and put new tires on, making sure my mother was safe in the road. A Christmas miracle

They saved a specific set of tires, tires i couldnt find, after driving in from Utica, I was greeted with smiles and sincerity. I am so thankful for the guys at Discount tires helping me when all others couldnt!!!!!!♡♡♡♡♡ thank you!!!!!

Would not air up a tire because it had cracks in it. All they wanted me to do was buy a new tire for a vehicle that was being towed away. Ended up going down to Bell tire and they filled it up with no problem.

I had two bad tires, and was in need of a miracle, fast. Even though I got there close to closing time, they got me in and out quick, and in a courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend this place, and will be returning there for my future tire needs.

There is no place I've been to 100% of the time and left feeling the need to write a raving review EXCEPT Discount Tire. No matter where I go, the service is professional, ridiculously friendly, fast, and affordable. These people go out of the way to make you feel valued. Although they are never beat on price, even if they were, I'd STILL come. Chase, who works at this particular location (I've been to several all over the country - I've hit a lot of potholes, don't judge me! I travel a lot!) is GREAT! I've worked with him twice and each time he gives me a good deal, explains clearly what I need, and I can tell he actually cares about my vehicle and safety. It's not a ruse. I hope they pay these guys well b/c they ALL deserve a raise!

My wife got a flat tire tonight 15 minutes before they closed at 6, we pulled in, Bob there took great care of us. got a four brand new tire,s they stayed until almost 8 getting this taken care of. they were super friendly and I didn't feel like they were mad because I kept them so late. I would recommend them to anybody.

I experienced tread separation on my camper tire while driving through the area. I put on my spare and stopped at this discount tire to buy a new tire and have it installed. I was first in line and all three customer service reps were on the phone. I stood for 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone. While I stood there, four more people arrived behind me and stood in line. One of the reps finally finished his call and told me that he would be right with me, and disappeared into the shop. He returned five minutes later. The other two guys were still on the phone. The moment he stepped up to his kiosk, the phone rang. Rather than wait on the me, he picked up the phone and began assisting the caller. I tolerated this for one minute, then grabbed my wheel and left. I ended up buying a mounted tire and rim at Family Farm & Home in Portland. It took all of five minutes.

Went in for slow leak on front tire and tire rotation. Then told it's a slow day so 45 mins. But bring back for rotation it 2000 miles. Great if I'm not traveling on vacation. So 1 hour later car has not moved. They said ( as other cars go ahead of yours , have not done it yet. And yes we can get it in 1 more hour. NOT !!!!!! We are going to a different tire company. Bad Service!!!!!

Took my car that was under warranted to the dealership to have a tire repaired and was told the nail was in the sidewall and not repairable and I needed to buy two new tires. Having seen the placement of the nail, I refused and drove to Discount Tire. They repaired the tire without incident and didn't try to up sell me anything. Thanks Jourdin.

By and far I have had a great experience at this store. I have been to this location many times and can't say enough great things about this group of guys. Any time that I have stopped in they have been more than welcoming and knowledgeable. These guys have always been upfront and honest with everything that I need, they have never tried to pressure me into anything that I didn't need or want. I have several vehicles ranging in years and needs and they have always remembered me and vehicles which can be rare in a industry that sees a lot of people each day. I have taken vehicles to them that I just bought and have no idea where the tires came from and they have always handled it like they came from there, tire repairs and rotations that I expected to pay for were handled for free. I have a couple of vehicles that have corrosion problems on the rims ( not their doing, manufacture problems) and they have always taken the time to make sure it's right. This is and always will be a customer service business as well as a tire business, with that said no matter where you go in this world things take time, people make mistakes and some people just will never be satisfied no matter what happens. These guys have proven to me that they are a real class act and will go beyond to do what's right and fair for all of their customers. This business is neighbors with two other tire businesses and yet people still come this store, I think that speaks for itself.

Steve was a great customer service representative, and added a personal touch. He made a unexpected experience better than expected. The service time was longer than expected but understandable. It's amazing how busy they always are. When is the downtime?

I'm highly satisfied with this discount. Have been going here for my cars for 9 years and I have not a single complaint. If busy yes you have to wait but that's a given anywhere you go. So I don't knock them for that.
