I would never this company to anyone. The are very rude and do not want to own up that thier home is defected. Our roof has been leaking for 3 years now , they came out twice to try and patch it up but the third time the service supervisor Danny came out and tried to put the blame on the contractor who built the screen room. We had a private roofing contratctor come out and look at it and they said that the company that put the roof on put the roofing nails in the wrong spot. They nailed the starter shingles right in the seam of the first row of shingles which common sense tells you that it would leak. Townhomes own service man came out twice and tried to seal it knowing there was a problem but now says he only did it as a curtousy. What a bunch of bull. Own up to it and fix the leak, stop putting the blame on everyone else. If you are looking for a new home stay clear of this company unless you want unfixed problems in the future. I actually would give this company and -5 star rating if I could.. Having to choose a 1 star is over rating them

House arrived last Friday, and upon inspection of the interior, we are not too pleased. Trim work is nothing to rave about, and frankly, done wrong. Paint, well there's a lot of skill left to be gained by the painter at the factory. Nails sticking out of door jambs, screw holes in sides of cabinets, water stains in utility room, etc. Gary can guarantee a phone call will be headed his way, and all problems WILL be addressed before we accept the certificate of occupancy. For the amount of money paid, we don't expect a custom built home, but we do expect quality work. The attention to detail is what makes the house, and unfortunately there was not much attention given. The condition of the house as it sits upon delivery is unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY A TOWNHOME!! I too, was thrilled and proud of mine for the first two years. They are beautiful homes, and appear well built…AT FIRST. Within the first year, I had a problem with the roof leaking in the front living room. An employee came out, who did some patching, which solved the problem for awhile. Then this a few months ago, it began leaking (pouring) again, in the same place, plus several more in the same room, the front foyer, and the dining room. I was told by three roofing companies, and my insurance company, that this was the shoddiest roof installation they had ever seen, plastic instead of felt, almost no flashing, gaps, nailheads exposed, etc. I was told by TownHomes that my one year warranty was up, so I was out of luck. So far, I have had to have a new roof installed, three rooms sealed and repainted, and also a floor replaced due to leaks, all at my expense. I wrote a letter to TownHomes, not asking for any assistance, just expressing my concerns. I have heard nothing from them, and don’t expect to. I spent over ninety thousand for my home, and have invested another fifteen plus in repairs, and it is three years old. Any raves about these homes from new owners should be taken with a grain of salt. Give them a year or so, and wait to hear back again after the workmanship warranty is up!

Buyer beware we bought our house 3 years ago. So far they had to replace my entire floor. , the air conditioner broke we had to pay to get it fixed, the roof leaked, now the floor by the sliding back door is soft. It took three weeks before I could get someone to even return my call. I paid them 100,000 cash. After I paid them they forget your name. Now their telling me the warrenty is only good for a year.. BEWARE. Still won't answer my phone calls Horrible

Worst place ever wouldn't buy nothing from this place,if I could give nostars i would, took them 5 months to install my kitchen sink, and other things are still not finished
