This location sucks the supervisor by the name of Mike was very rude!!!! I don't recommend this location to anyone!!! Please stay away!

I recently rushed in (close to their closing time) with my 2 rear tires not holding air. They were from a very recently purchased entire set from a different auto repair shop. The guys at Discount Tire were excellent! Instantly found the problem, took the time to show me and , unbelievably , didn't charge a thing. They'll absolutely be getting my future business. Btw, while waiting, I noticed their tire , wheel, etc prices were probably the best around. Highly recommended!

Our tires were completely bald and they did an excellent job finding us the best price and quality. The store manager worked with us personally and they promised a wait time of two hours. We were out of the door in 40 minutes! Amazing service.

I appreciate the service, prices are reasonable. You should definitely schedule first, things go much faster. The are very good about honoring warranties! Always a plus.

The products are good, prices are fair, customer service is great.BUTTTTT. YOU KNEW THWRE HAD TO BE A BUTTTT, THEIR TIME MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! I FREQUENT THEM THROUGH MY COMPANY, WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEMALWAYS SET AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IN ON MY APPOINTMENT. WHAT'S THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AHEAD IF YOU AREN'T PROPERLY STAFFED MOST THE TIME AND CAN'T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS.

Decently priced, but horrible warranties. When they say pro rations may apply they mean your going to repurchase these for about the same price.

I have been going to Discount Tire for a few years now. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous when I go in. I rarely have an appointment, and while I do wait longer when it is busy than when it is not, it is usually a reasonable wait time for anything I am having done. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need, or push me into buying something I didn't have the money for. They make recommendations and then leave it up to you for what you want to do. And as an added bonus you can watch what they do while they work on your car if you are interested.
