I've bought three sets of tires here and been very happy with all of them. No problems at all. And they encourage you and remind you to have the tires checked, rotated, and balanced regularly, and there's no charge for that!

I found a nail in my tire while leaving work today, and noticed that I had lost quite a bit of air in my tire. I added air in and gave DT a call. I knew I was due for new tires, and this was the final straw. :)

I was relieved before even getting on the road to head toward Discount Tire because I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly gentleman who said that I could come right over and they would get it taken care of. I was so thankful that they could help me on such short notice and so close to the end of the day (4:45 by the time I got there). This was after being told by 2 other auto rapair locations that they couldn't help me.

I can honestly say that the service here is some of the very best I've ever had. Andrew let me know that I would be fine until this coming winter if I wanted to wait on buying tires, and they could just take care of the nail if I wanted. Because of this, I felt that these guys weren't just out to take my money. I opted to just go ahead and get a set of 4 new tires, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I never felt pressured or intimidated throughout the entire process.

I will highly highly recommend this location to friends and family, and will be back for certain!

They use the latest road force balance technique for balancing tires. Very quick. Yet only charges half of what many dealers do. Though I didn't purchase my tires from them, they provided me with free balance and rotation. Unlike some other shops, work is done in open space so one can watch the whole process.

Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed to be greeted outdoors, almost simultaneous to my getting out of my car, a friendly representative with a clip board approaching me as I moved toward the store entrance. I was happy my wait was actually shorter than the time predicted. I liked being asked if the wait time initially specified was acceptable. I was very pleased to have no charge for the speedy, efficient repair of my flat. The 2nd representative who returned my repaired car, a young Asian American gentleman, was absolutely professional and delightful. I was extremely gratified that my car was returned conveniently to me at the store door nearest where I would leave the store. This was a very positive experience. I love your service.

I've done business with Discount Tire for longer than any other company, pushing 15 years at this point. I just moved to Columbus and was pleased to see the company open in Ohio. I swung by yesterday just to see if they could get me in, but per usual, they were booked solid. However, they scheduled an appointment for me today and held the tires I need. Highly recommend shopping at this store. The employees and managers here are customer service pros.

I've had some unfortunate luck with tires lately. One lost its seal and it appears another had a valve stem that went bad. Both times I came to this location and they were able to fix both tires at no charge. Other tire places would've been quick to simply recommend a new pair of tires, but these guys were honest about measuring the tread and recommending to repair rather than replace. They repaired the tires for free even though I didn't purchase them there. I will absolutely be back here when it's time to replace my tires and would recommend others here as well.

This shop was extremely helpful and courteous! First, I ordered my tires online, and called the shop to schedule installation. The gentleman who answered informed me I had ordered the wrong tire (an off-roading type, oops) and suggested a similar tire, but made for the highway. Awesome service! So then he scheduled install for literally the next day!!! I arrived to the appointment and was done within 30 minutes! Seriously, these guys are awesome!

Always been helpful even at the end of the day to take care of any problem. Have been there several times and always friendly and quick and inexpensive. Same experience from coworkers who have said the same thing about a great store.
Has become my go-to place for tires/mounting of new tires/fixing inflation sensors
They haven't given me a reason not to go back!

I had an appointment at 10:30am to get 4 new tires put on my 2011 Mazda 3. They told me it would take about 45min total. I started to get a little nervous when my car wasn't taken into the garage till about 10:50am. They were busy, so I wasn't complaining. To my surprise they were done putting the tires on 15min after it went into the garage. It was good to see employees at this location running back and forth, working hard to get their costumers back on the road ASAP. It was also pleasant to have no hidden fees when I payed the bill. Highly recommend this Discount Tires. They did a great job and were very polite.
