The crew here is quick and efficient. They had great customer service and skilled technician's.

Well done Gentlemen.
These guys are great! This is the store across the street, South Colorado and Dickenson, very nice.
They checked my tire pressure for free, and turns out the the left front has something in it and they are going to fix it for free. How nice is that. Turns out that they do that for everyone, and I think that is everyone as the mechanic offered the small repair for free, before he knew the tires came from his company or store.
Still when we went in he found that they were, in fact, from his company and his store, but I know that did not matter to him. They are just cool that way it seems.

So I ruined a tire and went to this store for a replacement. Was told they'd have to order it from their store in Colorado Springs and would be here either on Friday (this was on Wed August 30) or the following Monday.
Friday came & went without a call, that Monday the 1st was a holiday, so I went in on Wednesday. Was told the tire was "in transit" and should be here the next day (day #8 since it was ordered from a store 60+ miles away). Went back Thursday, the tire was finally there. Waited 1 1/2hrsonly to be told the tire had been damaged (crushed) in transit, and they were having a hard time getting it to air up. Had to go to work so I left my wheel there. Friday I left my Jeep there ALL day, thinking that should be plenty of time to get this "1" tire mounted.
Came back at closing timethey brought my Jeep around, handed me the keys & said thanks. Then I noticedthey had done nothing, still no new tire, and no spare on the back. I was told they still couldn't get the tire to air up, and we'd have to start all overand reorder another tire, "maybe" it'll be here by next Friday.
I said I at least need a tire to use for a spare, since now I need to wait at least another week..again. They put a new tire on my spare rimTHEN asked if I wanted to buy damage insurancefor a spare tire that wasn't even going to be touching the ground!!
The next Friday comes and goesno call (day #16 since they first ordered this "1" tire). I go back to the storeyet againthe following Monday. The tire is finally here, so I leave my wheelagain, and plan on going back the next day to get the new tire & my rim put on the Jeep. Later that day they finally call me (1st time in 19 days of waiting) to say the tire was mounted and ready. I go back down therenow for the 4th or 5th time, losing countand they put the tire on the Jeep, and my spare back where it belongs.
Now I see that the center cap that says "Jeep" is missing from the rim with the new tireand point it out. He says "oh, it's on your spare", takes the cap off the spare, and puts it on the rim with the new tire. That's all well and goodbut I'm still missing a center caponly now its missing from the spare tire! All 5 wheels (including the spare) had a center cap when I first brought the Jeep in20 days ago now.
I was so disgusted with the service I've gottenfor ONE tire, I just left. Utterly ridiculousI've had my Jeep for 17yrs, have gotten every set of tires for it from Discount Tire.never again!!response / report this review -

Don't bother making an appointment - it means nothing. I went to get a tire patched and as a young woman with a toddler probably looked like an easy target. He acted as though he was giving me a cancer diagnosis when he told me I would need a new tire and the other three were looking worn so I might as well replace those as well. I could tell he was bulls******* me so I took it to another shop. They pulled a nail out, patched it and good to go. Lying crooks here - go elsewhere

The men who have helped me here are caring and knowledgeable every time! Especially, Edwin who helped me get a tire balance done after a different Discount Tire didn't help me at all.

Long story, short.or, maybe a tad bit long nonetheless.
I purchased a used vehicle from a dealer a short while back with the tires brand new at the time. It didn't take long to notice that they were wearing REALLY fast. After just over 15K miles on them, I was pretty much rolling through town on slicks.
I went back to the dealership, and they advised me that tire warranty issues were handled with their manufacturer (since they aren't a tire dealer) and that I needed to go through them. So, I contacted the manufacturer who directed me to Discount for replacement and a proration as they could then send the tires back to them and reimburse Discount. No big deal! I then headed over to the Colorado location where Tyler assisted and contacted the manufacturer. He was then given a different story from a different rep. They needed documentation of the sale AND record of scheduled rotations New twist on this as the first rep stated that I may only need proof of purchase for mileage and a pro rata price adjustment on my next set. So, I went and gathered that info from the dealership and came back.
At this time Tyler was a heavily tied up with customers and handed off everything to his Assistant Manager Brian (possibly Bryan, apologize if misspelled); who contacted the tire manufacturer and was given FURTHER stipulations that were admittedly out of line in his experience. Brian stepped up to the plate and took ownership of a situation that he felt was being mishandled from the manufacturer and provided me with a prorated set of new tires which were installed a little over an hour later. Absolute Mic-Drop service and handling of the whole ordeal!
Needless to say, but I decided to go with a different tire manufacturer and both Tyler and Brian were more than helpful with their sage recommendations in that arena. At no point were they anything but laser beam focused on working with me in spite of the aforementioned hurdles. Both of these guys went WAY above and beyond and were entirely happy to do so.
What more can I saycustomer for life!

It's a heart breaking experience.i went for my low pressure sign on matter.they said it's like a snake bite hole so I have to buy a tire.after talking with them I am become confuse because I was driving with this sign almost 15days.its almost new tire ,this is 2015 car.even I decide to change because I am from az and go back tomorrow but I ask if I change one then is it car run smoothly? They said no .so I have to change two.then i decide to change two .they ask me to pay first.its looks so unusual .i talked with the manager and said it's never happen in my lifetime .every one charge after finish the work .then they agree.
After few time another person came and said they don't have that tire.its surprise me ,if you don't have that tire why do you take order? I ask them they don't have any answer.i said fixed my old tire and let me go .i am not interested to buy from you. They said they can't .because my tire don't hold the air pressure. Now I think they create the hole if not how do I drive like 15 days.
Finally I have to buy different tire because I have to go back.
Be careful before you go such a store!!!!
They break all the corporate rules!!!

These guys are awesome. Worked with Tyler at the front desk, no appointment and they fixed my issue within an hour. Tyler checked the tires personally before recommending a fix and also recommended changing out my back tires which were old. Awesome up front and courteous service - I would absolutely recommend this place.

Don't waste your time. I asked for my tire to be repaired and they told me after three hours that it was "repaired". So later I went to the gas station to put air in my tires (you know, since they didn't) and saw that my tire was hissing. These people suck and don't know what they're doing, it's definitely quantity over quality with them especially with women. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

They bump appointments for walk ins. I made an appointment days in advance to have tires balanced, and they told me when I got there that it would be at least 2 hours before they could even start. When I asked them what the point was in even having appointments if they weren't going to come close to honoring them, the guy didn't have an answer for me other than to say "that's just how it is." Don't bother with them if you're on any type of schedule.

long wait (car dropped off at 12pm and picked up at 630pm), but sort of understandable with the recent snow. Tires feel great so far. Friendly staff.
update to add: tire light went off after only driving a few miles and went back to find out my tires each needed 4 more lbs of air. - staff didn't seem to think it was an issue that we had to drive back because of their fault -- will not return to this location.response / report this review -

I went into Discount Tire twice within three weeks and both times I had an exemplar experience. My knowledge regarding “vehicles” is minimal to say the least, however, this did not create any barriers to receiving the necessary services. The employees at the front desk were professional and went above and beyond to look into my concerns. Both times the employees found solutions for me that were very accommodating to my time and finances. Overall, I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone!
