  The staff of Mountain View Veterinary Health Center are amazing! We called in an after hours emergency and were met with timely care, thorough explanation, and a kind hand. They are very knowledgeable and clear about what they are doing. I would refer any pet owner for anything. Well done Mountain View Veterinary Hospital!

  Unorganized, overcrowding (over booking) and poor communication are my main reasons for the low rating. I love and care for my pets deeply and I'm willing to pay the price for their care, but I expect the quality of care and service to be exceptional as well. Have had several experiences that I haven't felt good about but today's experience was very disappointing on how things were handled. I suspect it came down to poor communication again, but I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt.

  I absolutely love all of the staff/techs/docs at both locations! Both pets of mine have had health issues and we've been in and out freq. over the years and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!

  We had to put our little cat, Squeaky, to sleep. It was a very spiritual experience. We have had many animals but never have we been treated with such kindness and concern as this. The procedure was so humanely done by first putting her to sleep. Today we received a card in the mail with eleven of the employees expressing their condolences in hand-written notes. This will always be our veterinary hospital of choice. Ken and Marilynne Wright

  I love these guys- so helpful and honest.
  
  I love having the option of drop-off appointments and emergency visits, even for after hours.
  
  The vets are also really nice, explain everything really well and are relatively conservative with treatments- meaning they won't push expensive or unnecessary fixes unless they really feel it is needed for the wellbeing of your pet. I've had vets that would go for the most comprehensive and expensive routes even though a less expensive and less intrusive fix would have worked. I wish I could take them along with me where ever I go once I graduate.

  My husband and I just adopted a kitten and got a health assessment as well as some shots done at Mountain View Veterinary Health Center. The staff was so friendly and calming towards our nervous kitten! They explained everything they were doing and what the shots were for, they kept a steady stream of delicious treats coming to keep our kitten busy, and made the experience an all around pleasant trip. We will definitely be using them as our veterinary service from now on!

  We took our Newman cat, Gregory the Great, for his annual exam. The personnel at Mountain View Veterinary are very helpful and welcoming. And, best of all, the office is very close.

  I have been taking my dogs to both Mountain View clinics in Cache Valley for seven years now. My oldest dog is now 13 years old, epileptic, dealing with kidney distress, eye sight problems, tumor in his spleen, and nerve degeneration and arthritis in his back. Dr. Isrealson and his team have been the best partners imaginable as I navigate watching my best pal get old. We recently got a new puppy and it has been so much fun seeing Mountain View's staff love on our new girl. Both locations are staffed with knowledgeable and caring doctors, technicians, and staff.

  I have been going to Mountain View for over 10 years and I highly recommend them. I have a dog and cats and they are always friendly, professional and kind. They inform me of all procedures and help me understand my pets' health. I recently had to board my three cats and they provided great physical and emotional care
