I took my daughter in with the broken arm. When all said and done she still had a crooked arm and a big Bill to boot.

This should be called Franklin County Medical center & resort. I've worked in hospitals for 28 years, & I can tell you this is one of the best. Very clean. Quick responses to request. Efficient & friendly. Wonderful food. Even though it was a somewhat painful procedure, I thoroughly enjoy my 2 day stay.

My wife rolled our truck sever neck spine head injuries and the e.r. did nothing to xray or even cared. Went to our doctor next day and full concussion, spine trama and rotator cuff injuries. And no x rays or even focused on the dam neck brace that the ambulance had on her. Way to worried about thinking we was junkies and only wanted pills. This hospital is a dam joke. Judge people by the way they look. I have been in there and more concerned about drug tests than actually helping. . Lawyers ARE being called. Enuff is enuff. Now my wife is more screwed up than if we would have went to logan. This is jeremy davis. And I'm pissed ..

My daughter passed away, and even though I've contacted numerous times regarding the "bill" to get automatic payments set up, they have not done so, and now are suing me. I have left them my account number and routing number, and instead of notifying me of any issues, if they even had any, they told me to deal with the law firm. Had this been any other situation, it would be different. This is over the death of my daughter, and I feel this is the most heartless and cruel thing to do to a family by a hospital.

My review is of the ER. Unless what you are having is life threatening drive to Logan Never have i had a good ER experience at this facility.

As far as great friendly people that are working with you, I would rate FCMC with 10 stars it is awesome! However the billing is ridiculous and very confusing. This has nothing to do with the billing receptionist Babette. She does the best with what she has and is sooo friendly. The system its self is hard. There are separate accounts for every person in the family and they are all separate from each Doctors office and the hospital (yet all bills still go through one office so I don't understand why they can't be on one account??). We have a monthly bill pay set up which we pay $200+ a month and still get warnings for bills being sent to collections ALL the time! Stuff that we never see and/or assumed was covered under the monthly payment. With our first child we went to a different hospital cause we were living in the Salt Lake area and we were sent a monthly statement with any new expenses at the top, the previous payment listed below, and a running total for our whole family at the bottom. No surprise bills were being left unpaid that way. At FCMC we had our 2nd child in 2014 and are still dealing with billing problems and mishaps, that had led to baby #2 being uninsured for a year, which led to more bills that were scattered about and not being covered by that monthly payment. Now we are choosing Preston again for baby #3 and already wondering if the hospitality and friendly staff is even worth the hassle of the billing system.. I would love to know if there was any where I could go to express my concerns and maybe give suggestions cause its very overwhelming!

I have taken 3 of my pets here for 3 different things and have had an amazing experience every time. They are friendly, compassionate, experienced and love what they do! Highly recommended and will definitely be going back!

Grossly over priced. Poor diagnostic staffing, who cant even effectivly diagnose a simple "routine" appendix. They are so inexperienced that they have to send their xray and scan results to an outside facility, which even unauthorized will cost you $2K.$20 PER surgury towel! a cheap white towel, no more than $3 bucks worth. I priced my exact surgury through logan regional in lieu of this outrageous bill, and their quote was roughly $$10K LESS! They will take you for everything you have, and if you cant afford that right away, because say you just got done with surgury and are tight on cash? They sue you and garnish your wages. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! They are ripoff artists!

They put on the best health fairs. I especially enjoyed the Groll Fitness, the foot doctor, dr shippey and the physical therapy guys.

Everyone that I have come into contact with at this hospital have been professional and helpful. They are very talented and give wonderful care.
