The DRI staff did a fine job with mediation of both of our bathrooms after our septic tank backed up into the bathrooms.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Work was low quality(flooring was glued to the slab) glue was everywhere upon return. Many tools and items missing from my home! DRI USED and KEPT my brooms, fans, and a water hose that is still missing. Very possible they don't have company equipment. Also missing some items like laundry soap and toilet paper. Brooms and fans now covered in white paint. DRI spent 3 weeks in my home but failed to paint the home until after the flooring was put in. I have paint on my floor, my TV screen and some furniture. For 3 weeks I was out of my home and came home to an even bigger disaster. Find a company with more experience.

Rip off artists, tired to change contract terms for payment amounts and schedule of said payments. Lied about everything, that or they didn't even return calls. Now 7 months later we get another bill for work they never did!
I'm calling the local news and contacting BBB. Do not use these people, they are cheats!!

Overcharged for poor craftsmanship. I have a long laundry list of issues with their work and communication, including but not limited to: bringing a young child to the worksite (and having him work!); a subcontractor who didn’t know how to properly lay LVP; the same subcontractor who didn’t know the difference between a Masonite and solid wood door; the same sub who tried convincing me that MDF baseboards were the same as finger jointed pine; same contractor who told me that I couldn’t fit any cabinets into my master bath because they were all “too deep” (he was reading the width as the depth). When bringing up concerns, the project manager would try to convince me that it’s ok and when I used industry standard terms to explain why it wasn’t, they would look at me like a deer in the headlights.

I had 3 different project managers throughout the course of the project and had to fight tooth and nail for over a month to get a (partial) refund for work they didn’t perform, which is why 70% down is insane. 33-33-34 is industry standard. This company was recommended by my insurance (State Farm) and I’ve relayed to them that they should not use this company for repairs, as their work will need to be redone.

As reference, I was receiving advice from my partner’s brother (a contractor in Phoenix) and my family (long line of engineers, woodworkers, plumbers and electricians) throughout the process. They all thought the work was overpriced for the unskilled quality.

Save yourself a headache and go with another company.

After my house flooded, I was pretty much bullied and forced to go with DRI by my insurance adjuster. The day of my scheduled walkthrough, I was called by Lilo 30 minutes prior to let me know he wasn’t going to make it and the project manager was out sick. This information could have been relayed to me a lot sooner. After speaking to Lilo, and voicing my displeasure, Lilo then starts with an attitude and asks “Do you want to use us or not?!?”. Um, hell no! Needless to say, I did not use this company and no one else should either. Very shady going ons between Marty Riesgo from Homesite (my former adjuster) and DRI
