After I rolled my truck down a hill (long story) John was there every step of the way to repair the front end damage. I was paying out of pocket, so I appreciated John's honesty about what needed repair for safety reasons and what was purely cosmetic. With John, I'm confident that I'll pay a fair price for good work but won't pay for what I don't need. His estimates were accurate and honest with convenient email updates as needed. Above all, John and his staff are stand-up human beings with a clear emphasis on customer service. Without question, I'll make the easy drive from Bloomington any time I need auto body work!
