I went in to get my tires on new chrome rims. immediately upon my arrival a worker named dominic called me ¨gay"for having chrome rims. I do not think this is the service that discount wants to provide it also took such a long time for him to change them id rather give a monkey a wrench to do the work.

Clean waiting area, friendly enough staff, not too hard of a sell. Pull up and they will fill your tires. Free rotation and patch, so that's good. Make an appointment.

Very helpful staff and good prices. I shopped around and didn't really see much difference in price from anyone for the same tires, but the staff, DJ, explained to me how to get rebates and lowered the price further without me even trying to awkwardly negotiate.

I visited them because when I had a flat last year, they fixed it for free.

It's a good business.

They fixed a hole in my tire for FREE!!! I have had them put in air for free before, but I never would have expected they would fix a tire for free - wow! What service and when I asked, he said it is to drive loyalty so they would be top of mind when I need new tires. This is not something you see everyday - amazed!

I usually take our cars for any auto services etc..recently, i was not available to take the tire to get it fixed myself after switched it out with the spare tire, so my wife took her suv to get her that one tire patched up, and they tried to up sale her. I spoke to the clerk on the phone and he was insistent on giving us higher end tire.I asked for other options, he provided another one for 100 less..so here we are with 250 or 350, i told my wife to leave and go to firestone since we always get it from there..on her way out, the fellow decided to offer another tire for 150. Suddenly, this other option just popped up! maybe its just timing, but definitely not going there at all.

Fantastic service! Came in to get a tire patched and hopefully not have to get new tires. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to patch the tire with no charge in under an hour!

We are getting 4 new tires before winter and we will be doing business here again!

Excellent second set of tires here soon a 3rd.
Tony and Scott were great. This last time I brought in my car they were busy and still had my new tires mounted balanced and out the door within a short time. Bonus while waiting there were free donuts coffee and bottled water. So along with the free air anytime, pull up they air up. Free flat repairs and more.I will be coming here for my tire needs for sure.
P.S. With so many 4 and 5 star reviews I don't know how the few neg reviews came about but IMO sometimes you need a bit of patience especially with a busy shop.

I needed my tires rotated on my '14 Accord and had been going to Just Tires in Carpentersville, IL. That store suddenly went out of business so I went across the street to Discount Tire. The manager, Scott, said they would do my scheduled tire rotations for FREE. I asked how they could possibly do the service for free. He said I'd eventually need new tires and he'd like to earn my business. Great business model! I've been back a few times now. Even when the line is out the door, the staff is courteous. The service techs are efficient and they greet you with a smile when they return your keys. More businesses should provide this type of positive customer experience. A little goes a long way.

There have been a few times where I was told they would not take my car because it was too close to closing time. I've had both rude and polite customer service, just depends on who you get. Usually they have good prices.
