I called Diamondback because I was concerned about my ventilation. I was able to get a same day appointment fast! The technician, Paul arrived earlier than expected, which I was grateful! Paul identified the issue and explained everything in detail. I was impressed with the service and signed up for the maintenance plan. Now, I feel secure knowing my HVACs will be serviced routinely and efficiently.

I’ve used them multiple times both personally and for business purposes. Staff is always super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. James was absolutely fantastic, he answered all my questions and explained everything done in a very easy to understand and professional manner. He called when he was 30min out to let me know he was on his way, as soon as he got here he introduced himself, asked what the issues were and went straight to work. Highly recommend these guys.

So thankful! I called first thing in the morning. I was put on the schedule immediately. The office professional, who assisted me and getting everything set up was amazing. The technician was great and quick. I feel really relieved knowing that my AC unit is functioning especially in this heat. Being seen without a week wait time was definitely a plus. The technician being here early and done so quickly made it even better. I could not be more thankful.
