Love this place. We come here a couple times a year with a bus trip that we run through our travel agency Latitudes Travel. They are friendly. Place is clean and not too smokey like other casino in Wisconsin. Food is good and the buffet has everything. In my opinion the food and drink prices in the other l restaurant are a little on the high side see that this is a casino. There is no incentive to come and stay hangout for a while and take a break. It costs more to have a couple of drinks and an appetizer that to just keep playing.

I miss the boat. It was so much fun. It is , however, possible to actually win here.I did ! ! ! ! I don't smoke , but it doesn't bother me. The casino is well ventilated making it almost unnoticeable. Go to Illinois if you want smoke free casinos. Good luck wit dat..lol. They've made a lot of improvements and the food is great . This is a NEWER casino , not older.duh ????

Smokey. The kitchen Buffet has great food but now requires you to play and have a rewards card to get the special price. There is a senior discount which makes the price very good. There is a wide variety of food to select from with the hot being hot and the cold cold. The desserts are a nice selection. The remodel and addition of a subway was an improvement. The new restaurant which is open is impressive and the menu looks good. I would confirm hours as the buffet is closed some evenings.

I love Diamond Joe's! I always win something. I saw a free live band one Friday night. It was really good! The casino is very clean, staff are very friendly and polite. I just wish it was non-smoking. It takes me over a week to recover because I'm allergic. I have not tried the buffet or been in the restaurant ..but I will one day. I wish I were there right now!!

Every Wednesday night the Mississippi Moon Bar becomes "The Laughing Moon" comedy club. For 10 bucks you can see excellent touring comedians (there is always a chance to get free passes for future shows while there) in a great room! Reasonably priced drinks and excellent bar staff make for a good night.

Machines rarely hit I tend to spend about $1,000 on each visit, some nights I don't get anything more than $50 in payout in return they are terrible I will no longer visit the Diamond Jo Casino as many of my friends say the same thing!! I was sent a brochure for $45 in freeplay I was there on a Saturday night only to find out that the dates on it we're only good for Sunday through Thursday, kind of stupid when you spend that kind of money they won't let you play it on a certain day of the week!! They are moving out a lot of the older machines that they claim nobody plays but yet on the nights that I go it's hard to even sit down because people are playing them all the time, I don't care for the new video games that seem to be very popular I like the old style slot machine as do many other people that I have talked to about it. So I do not recommend the Diamond Jo to anyone unless they just want to throw their money out the window because I have done it for several years and I am done with it!!! Don't go!!!!!

Wow been a loyal patron here for over 10 years. Will not EVER go back. Teach your dealers some professionalism. This new or newer deal Michael has a serious issue. I am polite, respectful, and a good tipper. I do not appreciate the way he acted immediately when he came to the table I was playing at for hours. All I was doing was playing, being quiet, and watching the Cubs game. No reason for him to start yelling at me when I got up to leave. Seriously that blows my mind What is wrong with that guy? I never talked to him I wasn't talking or saying anything to anyone. The Diamond Jo is garbage these days.

Diamond Jo is VERY STINGY with free games on penny machines! The free game bonuses VERY seldom come up & when they do, they don't pay VERY much! I put maximum in so I am eligible, but rarely hit it! Today SUCKED!! Everyone was saying that no one is winning anything, no jackpots were announced the WHOLE time I was there! The new Q Casino is doing a much better job of giving free bonus rounds!

Had a pretty good time. Being a smoker, I can appreciate the indoor smoking. Didn't have any luck my first time. I guess if you don't win its easy to feel like they saw you coming. But I'll definitely be back.

First thing you notice is the smell of smoke. There are plenty of slots but didn't seem like alot of bigger pay outs while we were there. We saw a band in the lounge and they were really good - Blackwater Gin. Really enjoyed the show.

It's a fun adult destination. Very clean and the atmoshere is refreshingly cool and the place just plain smells good. The staff are always friendly and the food above average.

Clean casino, smoke not horrible. Buffet has friendly staff and average food selection. Most times wish my money would have lasted longer so I could have played longer.

We stopped for dinner buffett before outdoor concert and it was a wonder there was clean tables. The host escorted us to a table and walking through there had to have been at least 20 tables that were not cleaned off. Managers were on duty and not lifting a finger to help. After an hour of food drink and desert, a handful of tables were touched. Poor managers, not to mention food and waitstaff were not any better.

Love the slots at Diamond Jo. Hosts are very pleasant. Mark ( the host on friday night) is wonderful. Any questions you have Mark is ready to answer. Mark makes people feel welcome!
