I had a tire blow on I 95. Didn't want to drive 400 miles on the donut spare. Vicki at Hill Tire Center took great care of me. Got a new tire at a very reasonable price and back on the road in less than an hour.

Great customer service. Everyone here treats you like family. They tell you everything up front and will also tell you if you really need this or that. They don't try to sale you a bunch of nonsense. We wouldn't take our vehicles any where else. Jonathan is awesome to work with!

I was stranded 10hrs from home towing a 27ft camper by my truck which decided to start leaking oil from the oil filter. The team at Hill Tire center got me in withing 15 minutes of my call, allowed me to bring in the camper and disconnect in their parking lot, and got my vehicle foxed fast. I have not have an issue since with it leaking and wish they were a little closer so I could give more business.

I had 4 tires, that I provided, mounted and balanced. Quick courteous service. Be sure to check your rims before and after. I had a knock on one of my rims, but couldn't say it was there before I got there. The manager was very nice and I accepted the fact that it may have already been there

Stopped in 13 minutes before they closed on a cross country move towing a trailer after the check engine light came on. No local auto parts stores could help figure out why it threw a code or what that was because my truck is a 94. The service manager saw the power steering pump had residue and sent us on our way with a bottle of fluid and some good advice for free. Southern charm. Thanks!

Had a great experience with Hill Tire Center. Was driving down to Florida when I broke down in South Carolina, early A.M. Was referred to them by VAS towing and was glad I was. Went in thinking it was a much bigger problem but the truck was taken in and in under 10 minutes was diagnosed and a little over two hours the parts were ordered and installed. Prices were very affordable and the staff were some of the most personable and polite that I've ever delt with at a service center. Would strongly recommend to anyone in the area.

My wife, 2 dogs, & I were driving home to Cleveland, Ohio after a vacation in Florida when a tire blew on I-95 on a Saturday. We received prompt and friendly service. They suggested places we could hang out with our dogs so that we'd all be comfortable while we waited. They got us in quickly, gave us a few discounts, and back on the road in less than than hour. They did not pressure us to buy more services and checked over the whole car to make sure we'd make it all the way home without issue.

After spending 4hrs with our little ones on the road trying to figure out what to do with our car that broke down , We made it to the closer town and we find this AMAZING place full of AWESOME customer service Hill Tire Center, . They fix it really quick and the cost super affordable. We the Castillo-Dole fam. Recommend 100% this place and if we ever had to come back from Tennessee to fix our car this is the place !!!! I was on the way home from a trip and had to make an emergency stop. Both the service manager and the manager on duty went above and beyond to help me out. I was even offered to bring my family and large pet dog inside in the waiting area if needed. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had me back on my way in a few hours! It was a welcomed relief for someone who was out of town and had no previous experience with this company! Thanks again!

Sitting here 45 minutes to get tires balanced and rotated on wife's carhad an appointment was told would be right in on time..asked technician to put plastic cover on drivers seat to keep it from getting dirty..gave me a eat shot look about me asking. Was sold road hazard on tires but it seems that they don't care about me when it comes to customer service..Thomas is the technician and maybe he is having a bad day but no excuse to be rude to a loyal customer..probably will look elsewhere to get car work done in the future..I guess hill tire is lucky they are one of two choices in town..FYI took my truck to Walmart service center last month for tires brakes and battery..much better prices and service overallI am pretty easy going about things but will not put up with crappy customer service and sub standard technicians..especially when wife's safety in her car is priority # 1.
