-0-STARS Horrible experience.!!!!!!! Driving from Kansas City , MO becauSe I heard good things about this place ,. I had to go back and clean the car myself even though I paid for the top package . The owner was extremely rude and didn’t offer to make things right . Never coming here again!!!!!!

I had a very good first experience with Diamond Finish, however, I've just returned from my second carwash and I'm disappointed. I got their top car wash and interior cleaning and the inside of my car is covered in dust. It doesn't look like they cleaned my floor mats or vacuumed beneath the seats. What a waste of $28.
Edit.
After calling and explaining the situation, they were very apologetic, and offered to reclean my car. After it was finished it was up to the standard that I first remembered. I've since changed my rating.response / report this review -

Never again will I get my car washed here ever. The marker they use on your car when you pay wasn’t even washed off. They left the inside of my car dirtier than when it arrived as well. Whatever chemical they use to “clean” the inside left residue and wasn’t wiped up. Now I get to go home and clean my car after it was cleaned.

At 1st I asked the attendant how much it would be to have a complete interior shampoo, he said it would be $100 when I said that I would go for it, and showed him this coupon he changed his mind and said that to use this coupon I would need to add the waxing which would cost $165.
Management from Diamond before you post coupons on a magazine make sure that you’ll be able to do what you are proposing on the coupon.response / report this review -

This is the only car wash I use. Totally worth spending the few extra bucks to get your tires polished. Love that they do the interior windows too. Quick, great service, and always happy with the result.

DO NOT GO THERE! Zero Stars! I took my 2008 Toyota there to get waxed. I bought the car new in 2008 and have kept it in excellent condition. I got my car home and noticed that the bottom of my front bumper was all scrapped up. It was not there before I dropped it off! Of course the owner said they didn’t do it and said he would watch the video and call back. Of course he didn’t. We called back and he says he didn’t see anything on the video. Cost of Repair is over $800.00. No integrity at all.

Fantastic car wash! The basic wash is a good deal, but it's worth the extra $5 to get the wheels done and underneath sprayed. They even wash the inside of your windows and vacuum! I have a little one and rarely have time to do this myself, so I think it's worth it! Don't go during the lunch hour though, they can move cars through pretty fast, but you'll be waiting for a bit.

I got the $25 wash, my car was dirty (but not caked in mud or anything) and in need of a good vacuum. When I got home there were dirt streaks down the back and it was obvious that the interior was barely vacuumed as there was still dirt on the floor. Maybe they do a better job when it isn't a busy Saturday afternoon, but I will go somewhere else next time.

Nice kids that meant well. I got the most expensive 25 dollar package for my tires to look like crap and them to not even vaccume out the hatch part of my car. Got in my car to find the little amount of trash I had thrown in the seat. Dirt patches all over the car as well. Will definitely be back for my free 48 hour wash for them to fix this. So disappointed.

Iam very disappointed on diamond finish car wash actually about the manager, we always where happy clients until today, we had to call the police because the maneger wanted to INTIMIDATE us by SAYING you better get out of here before i call the POLICE, when i was trying to come down my husband the manager was trying to fight him by making him mad and he was just making fun about what my husband was saying. I can't believe a manager would have that type of ATTITUDE i think that's something very UNPROFESSIONAL i dont think he has the KNOWLEDGE of what its to be a real manager
The problem was that we had some issues the last time we went there with the last car wash because the cleaners (nice persons) left some details that i didn't like it, that time (like 1 month ago)the manager (not the same) came to me and told me to come back to take care of my truck anytime
I'll never did it until NOW 26/12/16 I ask so nice for a manager and that's when he came and said he wasn't gonna take care of us because we didn't come back on the follow 2 days after last time and he can't take care of the truck,that's when my husband got mad and say to put the truck outside so we can leave,after that my husband told him that we were going to give a bad review and he's started making my husband mad and making fun of him and obviously my husband respond to him and the manager told my husband "you're crazy,is better you leave or i will call the police" and laughing of my husband and my husband try to fight with him because he's attitude and the manager try to fight too
NOW i understand our poor mexican culture (we're mexicans and we're proud to be) but this type of issues show our poor culture because if this would it happens to an american or other race i don't think he will act like that
We're mad,concern,and very disappointed.

This is the only car wash that I will take my show truck too. They do an amazing job! I usually get the premium basic wash, which is just detailing the exterior. I do the interior myself at home. However, the people who detail the vehicles do an outstanding job. The package I get is only 9 dollars too, so very cheap for a good wash and detail! I will keep going back and keeping my business in Grandview only!
