We have taken all our cars to DeWitts since we moved to the Windsor area over 10 years ago. They are the first repair shop that I felt didn't take advantage of me because I am a female and honestly don't know much about cars. We use them for simple work like oil changes, tire rotations and larger problems like heater coils. We won't take our cars anywhere else.

This is the most honest garage I have been to. The staff is friendly and there schedule is always flexible with my schedule. There prices are about normal for the quality of their work and the equipment I see them use. I would not go anywhere else. In fact the last new car I bought I didn’t get the oil change package because DeWitt’s is the only place I will get work done! Thank you DeWitt!

The overall service was good but I wasn't expecting to spend so much on parts and labor. I honestly felt at times that I probably could have gotten the parts cheaper which may have saved me some money. Overall, I would use DeWitt's again.

*** RIP OFF ALERT **

This place WILL screw you, to your face. They consistently LIE about parts your car "needs" to either pass inspection, or be "allowed" to leave their "garage," then charge exorbitant fees, to "fix" the matter. Meanwhile, when you check at the dealer- even several, such as I just have, and guess what?

Parts are perfect.

They bilked me once, before I did some investigating.

This place is completely untrustworthy. Secondly, I am unsure how the "mechanics" ever even passed an A.S.E. course. They do not know what they are doing. Even a simple procedure like tightening a nut to the proper torque escapes them- I guess they found the "certified" patches on eBay.

Unbelievable.

Time to contact the local news about this operation.
