Mr. Story was completely amazing! There was no pressure to purchase anything. He was more than happy to answer all of our questions completely and went above and beyond to make us feel like a welcomed part of the Franklin Chevrolet family. This was in complete contrast to other dealerships we visited. Honestly, this was truly our best vehicle buying experience ever!

I took my truck in for oil change this week. Easy to get appointment, i trust their mechanics and everyone there has been nothing but genuinely friendly every time! Hard to find this day and time. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!

The staff at Franklin Chevrolet are amazing. They helped me get the vehicle I wanted for the price I could afford. Great customer service from everyone. I will definitely recommend Franklin Chevrolet to my friends and will purchase my future vehicles from them!!!!

THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR IN FRANKLIN VA! I never saw myself buying a new car, and now here i am with a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. The service here is absolutely amazing. I picked the car i wanted, filed out some paperwork and within an hour i was in my new car. Chris was my sales rep. He made sure i was happy with my new car, also followed up with me to make sure i was satisfied a few days later. The service department and parts department are also very great. Everyone is so friendly whether you need your new or car serviced new car or parts for your older vehicles. The deals are absolutely amazing and unbeatable. I am very satisfied and happy to say the family here at Franklin Chevy Buick GMC made my dream come true!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and have always received top notch service. We have always been treated like friends by everyone that works there. Whenever we have needed service done it has always been done quickly and with the maximum amount of communication. I have been extremely impressed with the salesman we always worked with along with all the people in the service department!! They always go above and beyondfor the customer. Def would recommend to anyone looking for a car or needing work done.

Such a great dealership! This was my very first time purchasing a car, and they were both informative and helpful. They did not have the car available that I requested online, but they were able to match me with this one, which was very similar in price and model but had even more features. It's safe to say I fell in love during the test drive! They did a great job explaining the features, and they made sure I left with the car that I wanted AND at a price I could afford. I definitely recommend them if you're looking to finance a new vehicle! My husband and I will be returning to get him a new vehicle very soon!

Great service, very nice people. They always work ,to give you the best deals. My wife and I have gotten 5cars from this dealership. Every purchase was a great deal. The service dept is great, they always work my car service in, and do a great job at keeping my car in working order.

Very pleasant experience. Mike Conboy is very professional, knowledge and does everything to help you find what you need. I had plenty of questions, and he had plenty of answers and patients.I will most definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Great dealership with very professional people. We have bought our last four vehicles from mike duman. We told the salesman exactly what we wanted for a payment and they got it right where we wanted it. We have never had a bad experience with mike duman in franklin and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle Not to mention free inspections and discount oil changes.
