  Special Shout out to the crew at Bobby's Muffler off Fourth Ave in Franklin. I actually run a Wheel and Tire shop in Hampton VA called Rimtyme but today I had a situation come up with one of my customers that's actually a resident of Franklin.. I wasn't able to drive the hour away to get to her but Mr Bobby over at the shop took care of here for me and I just wanted to say Thank You Guys so much

  On a rare occasion today I needed to take my van somewhere to get the oil changed. I chose Bobby's Muffler because of the rating on Google. They accommodated my request for a specific brand of oil by having it delivered. When the person checking me out realized they had not ordered quite enough to top it off he sent for another quart from the supplier. I was impressed in the attention to detail and wanting to make sure it was done correctly. Great job!

  These guys were awesome from the first phone callespecially after calling a few other muffler shops for information and getting unfriendly or i dont really care answers, or no call back at allthen i got to Bobbys and found a really friendly staff and the guy that did my exhaust took the time to take me back to the car and show me what he was doing. The prices were great, the work done correctly and the service fast, efficient and friendly. these guys are awesome, everyone needs to have their work done here

  Went there today to have my oil changed. Everyone was super friendly and polite. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be going back.
