Amazing service and nice people. I broke down on a eight hour drive north. When I was towed to Campbell's they quickly helped me get on my way after finding out that I was basically stuck without my car. It would have been a long day if it weren't for these generous people.

Wonderful Family owned Company. Needed a Va. Inspection, had me in and out in about a half hour. I can't think of a more honest place to take my vehicles. If it's good enough for the Virginia State Troopers, It's good enough for me. Since I work on my own vehicles they were even nice enough to let me know if something needed replacing or if I could wait a while. No added charge. As a new resident to Virginia, the place was highly recommended by my neighbor who is a state trooper. I have no complaints.

There is a number on their web site which says "nights", so I called it since I lost my breaks and need some place to drop it off in the morning where I know it can be taken care of that day. A rude woman answered the phone as merely, "hello" and sounding very perterbed.. When I asked if this was "Campbell Towing and Repair", She said, "This is the home" in a very short, curt manner. I told her the number was on the web site. I told her my issue and asked what time they opened and if my car would be seen. She very curtly said, "It opens at eight, I don't know if it will be seen" and then hung up. If they don't want called at home, or don't want calls in the evening don't put the home number on the web site and don't put "nights" next to it. Google also says they are availble 24/7. Well, I couldn't even get a respectful tone let alone an answer at 8 pm. Obviously they are not interested in my business.
