Be careful if you go to look at a used vehicle here. I made an appointment to see a duramax truck they had for sale. When I got there I look under the truck and it's covered in fresh black undercoating. When I touched it it flaked off and revealed the heavy rust underneath. Someone had recently painted the entire underside of the truck to hide how badly it was rusted. I obviously passed on the truck and went home and double checked the pictures they had posted. The wheel wells that were now covered in undercoating weren't in the pictures. Sketchy business practice to say the least. Buyer beware if you shop for a used car here.

I’ve been very happy with the service department at Desert Toyota. Kevin Jones does an excellent job of explaining what my car needs and why. If it’s something that can wait a while, he lets me know that as well. I feel that he is trustworthy. He’s always polite and professional, more than willing to share his knowledge. I’ve been having my Camry serviced at Desert Toyota since my purchase of it in 2013. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

I have been going to Desert Toyota for cars and service for about 11 years. Always receive great treatment from everyone there. Terry Normoyle is the Service Adviser who takes care of me. Always friendly and helpful no matter the day he has had. He and his assistant, Ed, are thorough, give accurate cost info before my service, and get me out promptly. Terry has given me good advice on my care and he is the main reason I purchased my last vehicle from Desert Toyota. Thanks to the service team at Desert Toyota.

Paul was professional and worked hard to find the right model and color for me. He was solicitous - loaning me his jacket (it's cold in the dealership), ensuring I was happy with the vehicle and the transaction, explaining financing options, explaining accessories and options. Just bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4. Love it. Geoff knew exactly what I wanted with very little information. He guided me through everything I needed to know, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Desert Toyota is the place to go for a car, new or used and Geoff is the man to ask for. However, they were ALL very nice so you won't be disappointed if you get another salesman.

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota tundra, we went looking to get the best deal possible. When we arrived at the dealership after a few minutes we were greeted by salesman Michael kreuzer. He introduce himself wanted us to know if we had any questions he would be around to help us, no pressure to buy. When we found what we were interested in we took the truck out for a test drive, mike explained to us feature's about the truck. When we decided to buy it he walked us through it, never pressured us to purchase it. Before we left the dealership he explained thoroughly about the truck feature's. He made us feel very comfortable through the whole purchase, everyone at Toyota was very welcoming, we love our tundra, thanks mike, thanks Toyota.

My experience with Desert Toyota and my sales rep Robinson Romero were excellent and very professional. Made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. Try to make it as quick and easy for me and my family. Kids loved that he acknowledged them as well and would talk to them to see how they felt about the car and if they like it as much as we did. Loved how we felt like family and not just a customer who was buying a car. Everyone was great and very nice. Thank you for that!!

They were particularly helpful up front in identifying the model that would meet my needs. They walked me through the leasing process and told me what to expect at every step. Excellent customer service. Erin has always been knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased two new cars from Desert Toyota and Erin has been responsible for all of the work done on these cars. She has always gone way beyond the normal service level you would normally expect from a dealership. I would highly recommend Erin to be the first line of contact for any service related requirement that you may have. If I purchase another Toyota car Erin would be a main factor in my decision to do so.

As always, my trip to Desert Toyota was a pleasant one. I Started by being greeted by my service rep Kyle brooks who is just the best there is at customer service.
He let me know what was due, and used my coupons to lessen the pain of the cost. He makes the trip worthwhile as he certainly seems to care.
I then went into the waiting area, which is very comfy and had a breakfast burrito while I waited. Mmmmm very tasty.
In about an hour I was retrieved by Kyle saying all is done. He ran the car through the quick wash and I was on my way.
I highly recommend both Desert Toyota and especially Kyle Brooks for their devotion and genuine desire to help the customer out.

I have about 13 years experience buying several new cars with different dealerships. It's not a process I look forward to, being cooped up for hours, the anxiety, the sales pressure, etc. We went into Desert Toyota at the recommendation of our family. We were immediately introduced to several wonderful sales and service associates who made us feel welcome and relaxed. Dennis in service introduced us the the sales manager Tim, who was quick to greet us and find out what we were looking for. From there, he introduced us to our sales associate, Saul. Saul proceeded to assist us with the purchase of 3 vehicles. The process was the easiest by far of all of our experiences, our young children were made comfortable, we were provided all the options available on the lot and the benefits of such. Not once did we feel as if we were wasting their time, nor did we feel pressured to make any decisions that we were not comfortable with. The ball the entire time was in our court. Saul was friendly, easy to converse with, kind to us and our young children, and never wavered in his excellent service to us. We highly recommend Saul for any of your purchasing needs. He has continuously followed up with us days and weeks after our purchases and answered any and all questions we had. Garret in finance was quick and helpful as well, always keeping us informed along the way.
