  Wow. When I walked in two employees were watching the television and completely ignored me. Then a woman approached me and was extraordinarily rude (I just needed a basic tune up). Luckily after a few minutes a man named Inos stepped in and was EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, even though Inos was amazing, I won't be going back given this type of service from the rest of the staff. Clearly management does not know what is happening when they are not there.

  Stopped by this really cool bicycle shop, the Arizona Cyclist, at Tucson, AZ tucked out of general view in a 5350 East Broadway Blvd #118 Upscale Strip Mall. I flew in from the Midwest for a vacation and was looking for bicycle shops selling the new Fat Tyre style on/off road bicycles and see which places had repair services and a broad spectrum of prices and styles. This shop sells and services many types of sport, racing, carbon fiber, fat Tyre, skinny Tyre, really skinny Tyre, and just regular folks bicycles. Ryan Tiffin, the manager, and his staff were very knowledgeable on all aspects of cycling. They were eager to be helpful, not necessarily to sell, but rather inform and teach. I was a happy camper (cyclist) to find such a nice place. Raymond

  Ryan and the crew at Arizona Cyclist recently helped with a major project of ours involving 18 bikes. Each bike was assembled or built by the shop, including a few from scratch. Everything was dialed on every bike. That's 18 great builds with perfectly functional components throughout. It's clear that AZ Cyclist takes pride in their work and gets even the little details right the first time. They also provided some valuable insight into the local trail system. Highly recommended.

  I had totaled my bike and needed a new one. I knew what I wanted but still felt getting some professional help in the final decision would be good. Arizona Cyclist is listed by Cervelo as the only authorized dealer in Tucson so off I went. I worked with Dejay who guided me in getting the proper size and upgrading the wheels. He said the bike would be in in a couple of days and when I didn't get a call I called and was told the bike was in but the wheels are custom built and it would be another week. I wasn't happy about that and there were a couple of conversations about alternativeas. I ended up getting a set that was much better than what I had ordered for the same price (they were trade in for someone who had gone way upscale). I really appreciate his willingness to work with me and seek solutions. I left a happy customer with a great bike.

  Excellent guidance toward purchasing the bike suitable for my needs. Customized my new bike with the wider tires I wanted for comfort. I love my new bike. Best bike purchase I've ever made.
