Long drive up to get there from Casa Grande but worth it for my leveling kit. Great service
Love coming to this store and checking out all the new products. They also put crawlers and coffee the 2nd Saturday of every month which is a great place to check out some awesome rigs and meet new people. Staff is always friendly and professional.
Not helpful, lacks patience and general just not a good experience with these folks. Sticking with Doetsch offroad.
Cool local shop to buy jeep parts. The financing offers aren't that great though. Anybody that owns a four wheel drive knows that a lift, tires, and wheels will run about 4 grand. That's a lot out of pocket. 12 to 20 months same as cash would be a little more enticing.
Nice people, just wished they had more Nissan parts.
Bought a lifted Chevy a couple years ago. The rear was sagging several inches. Went into Desert Rat and had them install 5" leafs in the rear. Still a little low so they installed 1" spacers and the height is perfect. No hassle and good prices. The truck is back in the shop for 4.56 gears. the 3.73 gears with 35 in tires did not allow for adequate towing. Will give you and update after I get it back on the road.
Not a bad place for off-road gear.
Purchased 4 new Black Rhino wheels, and had their shop install them for me for an extra fee. Overall a great experience, as they were very helpful and had many catalogues to choose from. Placed the order to a warehouse for delivery to their location, which only took a day; and had them installed the next morning. Only took 3 hours, and called me to notify me of an issue with my locking lugs (the originals were too big for the new wheels), so I had them throw in a new set for $60. Very pleased with the results.
I just had a level kit, wheels and tires, and exhaust put on my new Tundra by Desert Rat in Tempe. These guys were great to work with, had the best price, and the timing worked out great as it was short notice and they finished it quickly. The truck drives better than stock now and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Brett.
Thanks guys!
1st of all no I'm not paid by them to say this. But just wanted to share a quick experience. I bought new 35" mudgrapplers and they were slightly too big for my f150 and I had to get a leveling kit installed asap.
I called desert rat and they said they could fit me in next week, well I asked him if he could do friday which he said yes. So I appreciate them taking me on such a short notice. They did a great job. It was fast, painless, and affordable.
When I will be getting my lift kit I know where I will be going.
Thanks guys,
Great company, very smart staff. Jeremy personally helped me outfit a vehicle for an elderly woman so she could get into it with ease. I highly recommend them for any after market needs
