Place is kind of a dump. Pools were really dirty and smell strong like chlorine. Back gate to my room was busted so I had to go all the way around. Coffee pot in my room didn't work. Could be a cool place but needs serious work. I hate leaving bad reviews but some basic things like being able to get to my room with out walking around the entire hotel should be addressed. Not worth what I paid.

Completely renovated rooms really nice. The mineral water pools are real hot mineral water. Food in restaurant is good. Steak on a Stick surprisingly good. Fish and Chips better than anywhere. We like the lower level room so you go right out to the pool.

We always have a great time here. It's not fancy but has a certain charm to it. The bar has karioki on weekend nights. The restaurant serves really good food at reasonable prices. The motel is basic, but is easily accessible from the swimming area. The pools are the main attraction. And the weatherlove the weather all year. Lately they've done a few upgrades. New lounge chairs and lighting around the pools. Still room for improvement, but we still choose this place over all the other spas in the area. Entrance fee for the pools is under 10 bucks. Sometimes they have live entertainment. A certain couple they have playing there are our favorite. She sings and plays the keyboards and her husband plays the guitar and sings. They are definitely worth hearing.

Been staying here over fifteen years, and never had a bad experience. Great rates, staff, rooms, restaurant, bar, and especially the pools.i would never stay anywhere else. Nadine has been amazing for over 20 years now. She always remembers me by name. James Clark the manager is awesome, on top of the property at all times. Everyone has always been great. Try it, youll like it

This place has never changed for better or worse. Guess that's kind of the allure. Free WiFi at pools $4 Tues $8 weekends But overall seems like nothing gets updated stuck in time. Good live music jam on Sundays.

I have personally been going here for years. I appreciate the workings, few times have I ever had issues. They recently have renovated the pool side, seems to be incrimental change. I would recommend it if your looking to chat with people of different creeds and ideology.

In short, you get what you pay for. The price is good and cheap.

The little cafe that was there had delicious food and a bit of an old fashion decorum.

The place had lots of pools of varying sizes. However, the pools were very foggy and one of the larger pools kept needing repairs for a pool light. Also, after all of the swimming, out of my 3 other family members, I got a horrible ear infection (swimmers ear, I think) that I had to take antibiotics for. So, I suggest if you plan on lots of swimming, get cheap swimmers ear drops.

I would still come back again, but I'd be a bit weary of putting my head under water.

Water is lovely with 8 hot and cold pools; pools in slightly less than decent shape; restaurant and bar are divey & great; shower/bath facilities are in disrepair. Toilet nearly toppled over (before I sat on it).
Karaoke and live music some nights. Sometimes this place is just what you need.

    Beware!
    1. False advertising. Their website says "The hotel centers on three swimming pools and five hot tubs, all filled with natural mineral water". The truth is the pools and hot tubs are loaded with chlorine esp on Thursdays when they pour out the chlorine. We came here for the health benefits of natural mineral water. When you dip your body in the pools and hot tubs, you can smell the very strong odor of chlorinated water, so strong that it sticks to your skin. It means that while you are in the pools or tubs, your pores open and absorb all this unhealthy chlorine. So unhealthy!
    2. Don't come on Tuesdays. It is the day they open to the public for $3 entrance. The pools are so crowded and very dirty (filthy is the better word), esp the children's pool and the Olympic size pool. So dirty that my granddaughter developed conjunctivitis (eye infection).
    3. They rented a room to us that should be deemed unrentable and hazardous to health. We suffered from headache and sore throat within 30 minutes of staying in the room, and overnight, our throat hurt so bad we could barely swallow, as if our throat is closing in on us. I went to the restaurant and told the server about our severe sore throat and asked her for lots of salt so my daughter and I can gargle with warm water and salt.
    4. The phone in the room does NOT even work.
    5. The second day, the AC and the bathroom light and vanity lights died. We were transferred to another room (where a dog had stayed the night before). The TV did not work. We still suffered from sore throat and headache after we checked-out we had to seek medical care.
    6. The manager "James" is not a good manager. He didn't care how much I tell him that the rooms they are renting out are hazardous to health. He didn't care if we had sore throat or headaches. Not even an apology. Beware of this place. Stay away from this place if you care about your health.
Negative 5 star (-5 star) rating!.

Was going to try to enjoy a nice lunch with my 6month old son, 6yr old daughter and wife when we decided to go to the spa in town. When we got there our waitress was a young gal with gauged ear piercings. She gave us our menus and asked what kind of drinks we wanted and left, never came back. After a while of her not returning with our drinks and us being ready to order lunch we waited a bit more and then decided that we were headed for lunch elsewhere got our stuff and leftso much for earning our business.

Really enjoyed the pools. This place is a time capsule, it is not for people who need everything to be shiny and new, but if you can handle some age and deferred maintanance, it is a very relaxing place.
The room was surprisingly large and there was plenty of space for unpacking, toiletries, and making coffee. Also the small fridge had a freezer compartment which allowed us to refreeze our ice pack.

Never going back. The bedding and bath tub had lots of hair. Obviously it was not cleaned. Mosquitos were aplenty, and the smell was pungent. When we requested the room to be cleaned, it took an hour and a half for them to get someone and the housekeeper didn't know what to do, so my wife helped her 😠 until 10:30. Old and ghetto layout and decor. They gave us no discounts from their oversight. The only bright spot were the pools and springs in the commons and the gift shop. Not worth it.
