AVOID CYNTHIA WALLACE AT ALL COSTS. I can't emphasize this enough: FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. She provides terrible care and customer service. Do not give her your money. Learn from my mistakes!! I contacted the state medical board.

July:
I was given a diagnosis and prescribed a cream as treatment. My insurance didn't cover the cream so I when I received the denial letter with criteria, I called the physicians office asking them to call it in again it fitting the criteria the insurance was asking for (which they agreed I met). They said they would call it in.

Upon leaving my appt I was scheduled for a 745am appt on a Friday in August.

Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM.

August:

I arrive to my 745am appt and was told I'M NOT ON THE CALENDAR. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fit me in.

Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM.

September:

Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM.

October:
Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM.

I got a confirmation call on Wednesday for an 730am appt on Friday. Upon arriving Friday morning at 730am the doors were locked and when I called the office, the voicemail said phones were not being answered until 830am. I waited until 8am when someone showed up and apologized that the door was locked. I said I had been knocking and calling. I talked to my provider Cynthia Wallace who had been inside and tried to tell me the door was unlocked and I could've called?!? The door was locked and the phones weren't being answered!!!! She gave me no apology and was completely heartless. I was speechless. I chose to not stay for my appointment and walked out saying I'll never return again after all the issues between my treatment and the customer service. Cynthia Wallace does not demonstrate any care for her patients.

It's been three months, multiple medical bills, two appointments for which I showed up and I either wasn't on their schedule or the door was locked for 30 min and I was given no apology, and still no treatment that I came in for in the first place.

Awesome service and treatment from Dr Maral! I've been to her 4 times now for botox. I have also had friends do botox, dermabrasion, lip enhancement.
I'm treated very well and feel very welcome and non-stressed before, during and after the procedure. I also must comment on her pricing; as being straightforward and reasonable.

I see Dr Peck for my annual skin checkup. He is extremely thorough Appointment is never rushed and he explains everything with much detail. My clinician considers him the top person to detect any cancerous skin cells.

Outstanding service and treatment from Dr Maral! I've been to her 6 times now for botox, dermabrasion, lip enhancement, and also consultation and treatment of several suspicious spots on my face and neck.
I feel like a part of a family, I'm treated very well! I also must comment on her pricing, always exactly what she estimates. And reasonable.

I relax in knowing that Dr. Skelsey is my dermatologist. I have relied upon her intelligence and expertise over the years to address a range of basic dermatological issues. If I were ever to have something serious, I feel confident that she would be able to address it or find a solution, as she stays active in research and teaching. She is interested, curious and caring, and I feel very fortunate to have her as a highly reliable, go-to specialist.

A great atmosphere! The wait room is quite opulent and very relaxing. Friendly and warm staff that make you feel like family. Very professional and thorough!!!
