My family bought a used boat in July from Denny’s. The sale process was no hastle, the business office was smooth and no hastles, and the service department took the time to teach me about the boat and it’s operation. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue late in the year and needed the service department again. Although the process is not yet complete, I am not too stressed by taking a new to me boat in for an issue. The people there are so genuine and friendly that I have no doubt I’ll have a positive outcome. They have earned my trust.

Great group of ppl from sales associates behind the counter answering endless questions I had about life jackets and skis to the salesman on the floor. Just bought my first new boat and could not have asked for a better experience. Great jobs guys!

Bought a new 2011 Lund and 2 Merc Motors. Installed a few things from my old boat onto the new. Rigged it just like I wanted. Later installed electric down-riggers and reinforced the road cover. Service work and questions were handled very satisfactorily.

WOW,

I called the parts department today to get a boat seat component and the parts guy "Curt" was a total JERK. He was too busy to look @ a stock item on the sales floor. To verify this matches what I need. He told me to come in and look for my self I will never shop this facility again. I will also encourage all of my friends & fishing charter customers to do the same.
