The Blanc de Noirs was excellent and the Rkatsiteli interesting. This informative and complimentary testing was a worthwhile stop even if some of the other wines were a bit meh.

This place is very well organized and orchestrated. The reserve wine tasting was a very good experience in terms of the history of the winery and how they produce sparkling wines. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the food pairings were excellent.

Worth a visit for the views alone. Luckily the wines are also delightful and the staff was very friendly and informed. Free tasting, it felt very gracious.

A regular stop along the keuka wine trail, Dr. Franks is the second winery I visited on Keuka and likely one of my most visited wineries. Never a bad grape!

What a great experience. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left we were treated to laughs, knowledge [far superior to any other winery we've been to] and fabulous tastings chosen by the staff. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a love of wine!

The famous Dr. Frank's winery was a must-visit during our trip, and it was very enjoyable. The attendant and shop keep were both very knowledgeable, able to answer even the most obscure questions. They were also able to explain the nuances of strange Eastern European varieties that we had never encountered. The sparkling wines, especially their Extended Tirage Brut offering, were exceptional and could develop into truly stunning wines. Top-notch operation; very highly recommended.

Friendly environment, pleasant staff and fine light wines. Tasting room offers a panoramic view of Keuka Lake, peeking over vineyards that roll down to its shore.
