I can only say that I eat there at least 2 to 3 times daily; and I actually wish I would have time for more! The whole staff is delightful; & the meals are awesome;but most who know me there; would say; that I am hung up on the chicken & fish platesThey are always;way past tasty & perfectly prepared; my love is also with the fries & the honeymustard sause & ranch dressing! The fun staff there; are colorful & always kind & smiling!

The food is normally very good. Today it was just mediocre. It might be because it is Sunday and after the church crowd. The other complaint is somewhat justifiable but the wait seems like forever. If it's fresh and correct I don't mind.

I enjoy their food. They tend to forget items you purchased and you must check to make sure you have what you paid for. The drive through people is not very friendly nor helpful most of the time.

Usually get great service. Management was the only problem I saw. Running out of food early in the day. Little to no help for the workers. Longer wait times because they were understaffed for a Sunday. When the manager did help failed to give the proper items to customers.

I've been a very loyal customer for many years and the new manager they have there is by far the best they've had since to original owners passed away. What a breathe of fresh air to a fading business. The interaction with him, his care to make sure the customer is happy is something that has been missing. They first brought in this short chubby gray haired ego maniac then a tattood smart ass, but this northerner is the perfect recipe for success at this local BBQ joint thank you

I can describe this place in a single word: disgusting!

To elaborate on the details I'll just lay out some bullet points.

Slow service
Brown and greasy fried items
BBQ brisket and pork chunks swimming in sauce (tasted like cat food)

This is the kind of thing that gives Alabama a bad name.
