The showroom has many high quality selections but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service we received. Due to an error on their part and admitted by the ordering manager, our hardwood floor order was not ordered in the correct quantity and the tile order was never placed. This was for new construction and our contractor was forced to have his flooring sub-contractor come twice to accommodate the two shipments. We had to install what was delivered first since the cabinets were arriving. I am still awaiting tile and second floor shipment. Most disappointing is that I have asked to talk to a Manager about this issue and have never received a call back. I have since verified their pricing against others and realize I overpaid. Ex. They are charging me $150 for a floor vent and I could buy them at $95 elsewhere. My own fault for not investigating the company and prices further. I loved their showroom but I didn't do due diligence before making a significant purchase so I wanted to help others avoid the same mistake.

DeGraaf was able to bring in a couple of guys to tackle an ambitious bathroom tiling project. The project included a heated floor, a zero-barrier shower entry, shower walls and decorative tiles on the walls by the vanity. The guys were professional and meticulous, completing the job quickly and carefully. We are thrilled with the results!
