I've been a member here for 6 years. I love the location, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the classes are taught by good instructors and the facility is well maintained. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: $20 fee for non member day pass is excessive; and you only receive free visitor passes by earning points with visits and participating in classes. More people will join when they find they want to visit more often but $20 is a barrier to visitors and they choose to go elsewhere.

Employees came up to me because I was wearing a crop top workout tank top, before checking their ploicy they interrupt me while working out to say I wasn't wearing dress code. They could not provide valid dress code policy for crop top tank tops. It was embarrassed when they were talking to other gym membership about me Never going back!

Very clean. They offer clean towels, showers with shampoo/body wash, and hair dryers. Staff is very kind. Lots of classes are offered but you'd have to check their website for timing, also information is available there. Inside there are racquetball courts, tennis courts, basketball hoops, treadmills/ellipticals/stair climb machines. There's a weight room with a separate area for ab work or stretching which is nice because it's quiet. Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards, but 2 or 3 lanes are typically open to children. There's an indoor track as well.

I came in with my husband and child on Saturday. We were fully prepared to sign up for a membership right then and there. But instead waited around for 20 minutes watching 3 staff members stand there doing nothing. My family will NOT be joining MVP athletic club. For the amount of money they charge a family of 3, I would expect much better customer service.
I signed my family up for a different gym this morning and am blown away by how quickly I was helped by the very friendly staff. I will be telling everyone I know all the wonderful things about my new gym. And I will make sure they know how awfully we were received by MVP athletic club.response / report this review -

My son belongs to the club and he very much enjoys it. I was in town to remodel his only bathroom. I needed a place to shower and they were kind enough to allow me to use their faculties. Thank You for your kindness! I live 125 miles away.

Outdated facility, locker rooms are poor, shower area always seems dirty.
Entrance rugs are always dirty, never have enough towels stocked or wipes for the equipment. And the staff while friendly enough has very poor follow thru and communication skills.
Only place in the area that is family friendly so probably why they have such a high volume of members.response / report this review -

Absolutely love this place, clean, best customers service. Very family orientated. My kids love the outdoor pool. Awesome selection for cardio classes, zumba, yoga and lots more. A little pricey. Hopefully they can do away with the contract like they have in the pass.

Anything you could want in a fitness facility. Pool area is great, both indoor and outdoor. Equipment is well maintained and updated. Classes for all levels of fitness
