I am not sure how the reviews for this building suddenly become so positive during the last year and how all bad reviews disappeared!! But this building is not as perfect as described. There is no security in building and no one is responsible for it. You always have to worry about lost or stolen packages. The management is so rude and there is only one answer that you can hear from the management "I CAN NOT HELP WITH THAT"
The building is not clean and you see mouses every where.
It seems cheap but it is only waste of money.

Pros: spacious apartment, relatively cheap vs. similar size condos around. Heat is not electric and covered.
Cons: extremely rude staff, I got embarassed almost anytime stopped by or called to ask questions; apartment and condos full of mice and all different bugs. Some apartments are not rent controlled and the rental can go up a lot. Noise from the upper levels can not be tolerated. Corridors smell bad. I am so happy that I left the building to a new place. Hot water frequently down.

My experience as a resident of many years have found the Management and Staff at DeRosa Builders efficient, dependable, very reliable.
Their prompt response to situations big or small have been handle in a timely manner without delay. Their quality of professionalism has always been maintained in a dignified business manner with compassion of empathy and integrity.

Great location - well maintained property - very reasonable rent and, very accommodating Office staff. I lived in 2 of this Landlord's properties over the course of 8 years and if you're looking to reside in White Plains then their rental properties should be considered.

I will truly miss this place. 7 Lake Street is mix of singles and families. Commute to train, restaurant and other downtown is A+.Super(s) are relaxed and helpful whenever needed, as they have there regular life dont expect them to answer on Sunday, only for emergency. Office is right downstairs for any question or rent drop off. Office people have always smile on there face and pleasant to work with. Only if i have nit pick, 6th floor washer was/is hasn't been fixed for over 5 months. But there are washer and dryer on EVERY floor. Thank you.
