This place has been worth the time spent trying to get in. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The process would have been quicker but in my case with work and other stuff it took awhile to get what was needed, but overall i made a great decision. Thank you to the staff for your patience and assistance.

So far, we've had a great experience living in Talleyrand. Only con I would say is that the exterior of the apartments could be painted more often but other than that no complaints. Patricia in the leasing office was very helpful and nice which made our move that much easier. Same with Sam.

Going into my second year of residence & the quality of service has declined sharply! I have no hot water in my apartment and the office will not even return my phone calls to give me acknowledging my problem. In addition, it's becoming more and more difficult to actually speak with a human being. If the remainder of my second year continues at this ratethere will not be a thirdguaranteed!

I have lived here for 9 years and have no complaints. The management office staff are very friendly and helpful even though there has been a turnaround. The manager we have now Mrs.Clemente is very professional and very accomodating she gets the job done.Sam the head of maintenance is always on the go checking things and makes sure everything gets done. I have no complaints and love it here. The people are friendly and nice and i feel safe here. So if you are looking to move this is the place and best of all we have great supermarkets and restaurants and we are near all major highways.Make Tally Rand your place of choice .

Expensive and I felt uncomfortable living there. I personally would be scared to have my kids there. Loud teens all over. Beware. Was really happy to get out of that place.

Excellent place to live. I moved in a few days before the snow storm. When i woke up the morning after the storm, the management snow team had all the snow removed from my drive way, the stairs to my unit was salted. I was very please, and happy I was able to get to work.

My apartment is in excellent condition, everything works well. During my application and move in process, Patricia and the rest of the management team answered all my questions in a timely manner. They provided information on the community stores and events.

I am so glad I selected this community to live in.

Horrible there is mold in my bathroom and infestation of ladybugs in my bedroom window. My rent goes up every year last year was $180 now this year is $200 and the no new renovations the dishwasher is from like the 1980s. The only good thing is the heat but you will pay for that and the hot water later on your rent . Small playground for the kids. Management sucks they are rude but nice to who they want to be. The storage is a boiler room my mom paintings were ruined full of spiders and eggs and they also charge for a washer and dryer every month. I'm so over this place

I just moved into this place but my experience so far has been fantastic. The management team here really stepped up their game. They were accommodating, considerate and professional. I'm very pleased with our apartment. It's clean, spacious, and the grounds are well kept.
