Where do I start?! Hotel wasn't that busy, yet they put us next to a large group that left very early both mornings we were there. Would talk loudly in the hall and allow doors to slam every time starting at 4:30 am.
Our door did not lock/shut properly. We had to pull so hard to get it to latch.
My husband found a prescription pill bottle with liquid in it (I assume pee) on the windowsill in our room. He took it to front desk and all we got was, "sorry". I also mentioned it at check out. No real reaction or response. Just another lame, "sorry".
Shower head was gross and water pressure was horrible.
Each queen bed had 3 lumpy, yet flat pillows. The bed had a sheet covering the mattress, another sheet (to sleep under), a thin, worn blanket, then another sheet on top of that. No comforter or real blanket on the bed. Luckily I brought my kids' blankets.
Guy came shuffling into the breakfast area in his bare feet. Disgusting. Another guy was in there and kept nodding off. Very obviously doped out of his mind.
Room was very dusty and the entire hotel smelled of smoke (even though it's smoke free), especially when the air kicked on. Which, even when set at 68 and unit was reading 72, would still run.
We only had 3 towels in our room, despite having 4 people (2 adults, 2 childrenand 1 dog which is the ONLY reason why we stayed there. No other hotel in Muncie allows pets. We had to pay $10 per night. And my 4 month old puppy was more well behaved than most of the guests there). When I asked for another towel, she asked me if we had dirty ones. I informed her that we only had 3 towels even though there were 4 people staying in the room. I assume they have problems with people stealing things but still
My 4 month old puppy was more well behaved than most of the guests there. And hotel staff are too busy on their phones to care what is going on in the hotel.
    Never again.

Some good and some bad things about staying here. I stayed here with my wife on the night of October 25th. The young man at the front desk was friendly and shared a little about his studies of criminal justice when I shared about finishing up graduate school. The air felt a little stale, heavy, and humid in the room. It might have benefited from a dehumidifier or keeping a fan on. The toilet lid (Room 222 if you are staff and are interested) had significant scratches and peeling - this inexpensive problem was really the only glaring defect with the room. The beds were neat and pretty comfortable. The rates were reasonable. The breakfast was a little basic and uninspired, but good enough. The WiFi was a bit unreliable. The biggest nuisance with the stay here was the young crowd across the hall that decided to rent a room to party in. The door was opening and shutting almost constantly until 4AM. There was occasional shouting and cursing. It might not be a bad idea to have staff just do a walk-through each hour to see if there are issues in the hotel. I might stay here again, but probably not before any really important events in case sleep is compromised. As stated, there were good things about the stay here and some problems. 3/5

Sad. Just Sad. The water in the showerhead barely came out. The pillows were extremely lumpy and awful. The door had to be slammed in order to shut and lock properly. The "blanket" was thin and I felt like I should have been told to bring my own bedding. The room was clean and the bed itself was comfortable, but I will not be revisiting this hotel.

The room was not clean, the bath room had mold on the shower curtain and around the tub. The toilet was gross as well. The bed sheets had not been cleaned they had dog hair all over them. I do not recommend this hotel.

I would not even give this hotel one star but I had too, to write this post. This place was disgusting dirt piled on top of hair dryer from years of neglect. Dirt on the sheets. Dirt and hair on the toilet, sink and shower. Sitting water in the iron hanging on the wall that smelled of mold. Stuck food on the table. The place was so dusty and cob webs were in the corners of the room. I checked out and left. God only knows that there were probably bed bugs as well. I would of rather slept outside than in this place. Called the hotel three times to try to get ahold of the manager and his response was I looked at the room in the morning and it was not that bad I can give you a 20% discount. Not happy with that I went over him and went to corporate. Lets see what they will do I just want my money returned for a room I would not allow a rat to sleep in. Please do not stay here!

For the money, this hotel was great. Room was clean, towels clean, service friendly. It's true that you could find a nicer room in the area, though you'll likely spend 50% more to get a room this good. Perfect for basic needs on a budget. I'll be back again and again.

It was a perfectly fine hotel to stay in for the night. Room was a bit stagnant when we first arrived but the air conditioner helped with that. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed wasn't super comfortable but served our purposes grandly!

The rooms in this hotel are disgusting. There's mold along the floors in the bathroom we stayed in, and their breakfast was mediocre. There was a note placard left on the bed that I genuinely hope was worded wrong. It seemed to have said something along the lines of reusing towels and that if the bed was left messy, they would remake it with the SAME linens. Indiana has a water shortage going on so they are all about going green, but not about being sanitary. I'm sure that violates health codes of some sort. Anyhow, I would not recommend staying here.

The place was alright. The staff were friendly and polite. When I got to the room, I check the whole room just in case if there's something that didn't bode well with me. There was hair in the bathroom and hair in the bedsheets. The beds were half made and the area was a bit dusty. As for the location, it's in a hub of hotels, but the parking lot has poor lighting.

I had a booking error. Wyndham corporate was basically evil, and the night check-in person was essentially clueless. It was pretty upsetting. I even went through my browser history to show where I was having trouble with the glitchy website. However, the local manager was friendly and helpful and fixed the error so was I wasn't charged twice.

Just an old wornout motel Front desk service below average. Problem with door lock when we checked in that took three different trips to the the desk and a employee finally joined us with somewhat of an attitude, she couldn't open it and finally put us in a different room.

Stay was ok, but originally sent to a none cleaned room and some of the bathroom fixtures need to be fixed. Toilet rocked a little bit and the shower curtain rod was a screw away from falling. Bed and heat worked great. Some channels on TV barely showed up. All blurry. Breakfast was good, smaller selection then other places but was fine.

For the purpose of our trip and the price we paid, this was well worth it. The staff was extremely nice The rooms seemed very clean better than expected for the price. The bathrooms weren't quite as nice and clean, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I was pleasantly surprised.
