The full breakfast was nice and hot, not continental. There was hair in my bed from a previous guest. I told myself that maybe it was the housekeeping but then I saw the same hair type in the shower and on the back of the toilet. There was blood on a pillow I found after I flipped it over to adjust it. It was 10pm by this time and my kid was asleep in the other bed so I did not wake him to get a new room. I will be calling corporate though. There was also a train track next to the hotel I didn't know about and we experienced a train passing a few times during our 24 hour stay. That was a pain. We also had a faulty fridge as it reeked. It must be going in and out as it was cool, not cold though. We only had drinks. The fridge also made loud noises through the night that further interrupted sleep. It looked OK when we first entered, but by bedtime I was hating it. It was stuffy and smelly - I think the carpet needs to be cleaned. The buttons on the ac are all broken and we had to guess at what the settings were. Glad it was only one night.

It was ok. Nothing major went wrong. It was mostly clean other than the shower had hair from at least TWO previous guests (red and black hair). It served it's purpose and the bed was comfortable. It is also a great value. Location isn't ideal if you are wanting the city but it's really close to Biltmore. All in all, it's 100 times BETTER than the Beaucatcher. I'll never stay on that dump again. So yea, I'd say stay strong the days inn. It's a decent stay at a great price for Asheville.

Room were clean and updated. Breakfast bar had wide variety of food including waffles. Took off stars for horrible placement of room next to a train track. Freight train came through at 11pm and 4am. If you intend to stay here, ask for a room closest to Street! Otherwise don't expect any sleep!!

This hotel is an excellent budget-friendly option nestled closely (10 minutes) to downtown and The Biltmore. We brought our pups, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were immaculate (which is often a challenge with pet accommodations), the decor was cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was both fresh and filling. We will certainly stay here again!

Lights in the parking lot are so bright - made it hard to sleep. Staff was very helpful though in accommodating some special requests. Pricey for what it is but that's the Asheville hotel market these days.

Very clean! Updated rooms. Stayed here for one night during a 10-day road trip and I would say this was the cleanest room and overall hotel grounds I stayed in. Had hot breakfast, which is always a plus.

This hotel provides the best value proposition I've seen. If your looking for premium economy hotel, this is it. They have amazing beds, cleans rooms and a great staff. I always look forward to staying here.

I was there the night before the solar eclipse. The place was crowded, and the staff was prepared. The breakfast was above par (for a hotel) and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the A/C produced a very humid climate in the room to the point where I felt wet laying in bed. This may have just been my room though, and not like the other rooms.

We only spent a few hours in the room, but it was reasonably comfortable. Small room (we're small peolle, but normal sized adults may be a bit cramped) and the towels were sandpaper. But service was good and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again for a quick overnight, but probably not for more than that.

Rolled in late during a massive rain storm and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was (recent renovations?) - outstanding value for the area, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfy. Good linens, flat screen microwave coffee maker and fridge. Continental breakfast with added cheese omelette, biscuits, gravy and sausage. Recommended.

I did not personally stay at this hotel, but my visiting family did. They had an amazing experience, and we could not be more impressed. I would definitely suggest considering staying here.

The rooms are recently remodeled nice paint, and floor coverings. It's comfortable with some modern TV and cable. The continental breakfast is not very desirable, I would rather eat at McDonald's.
