    Bed bugs in room 267.
We were quickly moved to another room which seemed waaaaay cleaner than the previous room. The Clerk was very quick with having another room for us. Now the funny part.. He wasn't exactly happy when I brought down a bed bug in a cup. His face was priceless. He was so weirded out that he tried handing the cup back to me and apologized. Like I didnt want that thing😂

Called to confirm room availability before making the drive. Once arrived, the price we were given was not honored. Gentlemen even went as far as to deny even speaking to us just 25 minutes prior on The phone. Hallways were desperately in need of vacuuming & smelt of smoke. Hair on bathroom floor, in between sheets on "clean bed", mattress was torn/ripped along the top left section under the bed topper & mattresses were also stained with what appeared to be blood or something previously spilt along the left side, linens contained stains, and a cigar was found laying along side of the bed. Clearly explaining the cigarette smell. Went down for breakfast at 9am and it was already being taken down. Stayed 2am-10am & charged over $100. Not again

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Blood on sheets in bed. Dirty moldy showers. No toilet paper in room. Just gross. We couldn't check out fast enough. Rooms smelt like cigarettes. Don't stay here. Low class and horrible guest.

The staff is very friendly and competent. The rooms are very clean and free of any offensive odors. The breakfast isn't much to brag about, but it's situated in a nice spot between Downtown Atlanta and some of the nicest areas in Cobb County, like Roswell, Marietta, and Kennesaw. It's super close to the new Braves' Stadium, too. Parking is ample and it's very close to several food places, ranging from McDonald's tier to more expensive restaurants. The traffic situation is a nightmare on the nights of baseball games since it's so close to the Stadium. Other than that, it's quite a good hotel and I would recommend it.

I would stay here again. The proximity to SunTrust Park is great. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed on the first floor and it was decently quiet. The only negative I can say is there was an odd odor in the room. After a little while we got used to it and it didn't bother us.

Nice rooms and convenient to ballpark, but, walls and ceilings are poorly insulated. Heard next door neighbors and people above me during entire stay. Also people walking down the halls. Definitely not a place for rest. You can hear showers running, footsteps.... don't recommend unless other places are booked. Stayed next door at Country Inn several weeks before with no issues.

i would stay here again . The rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good. My only problem was that they had an inside pool that was supposed to be heated and the water was freezing. WE chose this place to stay for the pool and could not even swim.

We moved from Colorado to Georgia and stayed in multiple hotels along the way. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pool was ice cold and that was the main reason we stayed for my children. The room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like nothing but mold. I was charged twice on my account and when I called the manager about it he had nothing to say but call my bank about it. It caused us multiple issues as we were on a tight budget traveling so far. I will never again stay at a days inn. We should've stayed at the motel 6 across the street.

The managers here are disrespectful, lazy, and could careless about their guests. My stay here lasted one night. When I walked into the hotel lobby I noticed the "manager" sitting at a table with two investigators about an incident that occurred at the hotel. As I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me check-in, I over heard one of the investigators ask the "manager" if he needed to assist me. The "manager" proceeded to ask me, a paying customer, if I could wait for him to finish his meeting and come back. After I politey asked to get a room he sighed and after a couple minutes finally came around the counter to help. I asked for a smoking room and to be placed in a room near my coworker. The "manager" responded with his computers are on a new system and does not show that currently but i can come back later when the "real manager" will be there and he can assist me, but for now this is what you get. So after thirty minutes I came back down to see the "real" manager behind the counter. As i approached him and explained that the "manager" said he is the one who can help me, he then tells me no, and that the "manager" will help me. Still sitting with the investigators, the "manager" says he can help me but it will be about thirty minutes. Okay, fine. Thirty minutes later I came back to see the investigators have left and he was back behind the counter. I explained again I wanted a room near my coworker, and for it to be smoking. Instead I got a room that was not smoking, still next to my coworkers, but there were ants crawling all over the AC unit. When I went back to the counter, I laid out in plain sight that I wanted a smoking room. Now the "manager" tells me there are no more smoking rooms, so I proceed to tell him I want to change rooms either way because of the bug issue. Even after me telling him that, he asked "Is the room still clean to rent out?" And with a blank stare I replied, "Well I did just explain the ants on the AC unit, so you tell me?"

I am not sure what this hotel is being investigated for but it was a good hour to two hours worth of questioning. On top of that, you should never treat your paying guests with disrespect. And even more so, ask if the room can be rented out still with a bug infestation on the AC unit!!!
