Very clean place, reasonable price, and the staff was amazing. So nice, to me & my dogs. This is a 3 star property with 5+ star service! I will definitely be staying here in the future.

I stayed at this motel a week I call front desk to ask the manger can he tell the housekeeper to come clean my room he told me it was my job and then phone me to the laundry room where no one answered so the next day I walk up front at 5:45pm was a bout have a seat in the dinner area he refused to let me sit in their saying it was close I said I’m just waiting on my ride he said it’s two rocking chairs outside I said it’s too cold to be out side he turn and look at his computer leaving me to stand for ten min till my ride came and the most important thing of it all it was two white peoples sitting in there at table the dinner area ain’t close to six this was racist to me but o well nothing will never be done about it just thought I’ll let people know how I was treated

It's a nice hotel for the price. The room was everything I needed and was clean. Probably the staff could improve, I needed to print some documents and they refuse, first time at a hotel that refused printing.

This was a motel we would visit again anytime.
The staff were courteous and attentive and the room was excellent.
It is obviously a motel run and staffed by people who care about their guests and giving a good service.
A surprise bonus was the free Southern Supper provided each night which to us English folk was like having bed, breakfast and evening meal!

Hurricane Irma - be wary! We came up because we live in a low lying area of Charleston, SC, and the governor expected evacuation orders to come Saturday. We left early because with my daughter's PTSD the event is disruptive enough, without all the extra stress of a traffic jam. Especially with all the extra traffic from GA and FL (God keep them all safe) The room was nice enough and the bed comfortable, as well as a mild pet fee ($15 a day and, of course, there was no fee for her Registered Service Dog) - these are the reasons for the 2 stars. Although parts of SC were ordered to evacuate, our area was not and we were grateful to be blessed to go back home. I had been told once upon check in and also a second time yesterday afternoon by the front desk there would be no charge for us checking out today. However, no matter what I, or Expedia said to the manager, Jim, or the fact that 2 office employees had assured me there would be no fee, I was charged another full night. There was no honoring what the representatives told us, or honor period. I have heard wonderful stories of people aiding others in these disasters and, even though it is only 1 night, that money is important to us. No tales of good company scruples here, sadly.

Stayed here over night 2 nights in a row between spartan races. Bed was good and clean and our king had 5 pillows which was a plus. Room was clean on arrival and didn't have any issues for us. Didn't use the outdoor pool due to being busy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a plus with hot and cold items both ready at 0600 to go. Was about 30minutes from our rave venue and about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville for night life and breweries we visited one night. Would stay again.

Over all service was not very friendly. Room had wholes on the wall, window curtain was broken, big spider web on the wall and the bathtub water was yellow. Overall room cleanliness was poor. We did even feel like staying for breakfast.

Everything has been good. I don't like the set up of the buildings and parking lot, but with the mountains and location, it probably couldn't be helped and it's not a deal breaker. Friendly, clean, hot water, and a bed I liked. You can't ask for much more than that at this kind of hotel!

I literally felt my stomach knot up as we pulled up to our room. We unpacked and then an hour later packed back up and left. The rooms are decent but the outside looks like a scene from deliverance. The wifi was slower than dial up. I clocked it at .5 mbps which is basically the speed of smell.
