Tom the service manager at Davies Ford is always very helpful . You are always treated like a friend rather than a customer at Davies My husband and I have all of our vehicle serviced at Davies Ford and are always happy with the service and would recommend Davies to anyone

The purchasing of the car was simple. But not even 24hrs after purchasing I noticed a few things. I called and played phone tag multiple times. 1 year later and none of my problems have been addressed. Even if I do live out of state I still should be taken care of.

Our vehicle needed toeed and repaired. We had it towed to Davies, where we purchased it. The vehicle was repaired the next day and has been running great since. The staff at Davies Ford are greatcourteous, helpful .top notch. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

I don't even know where to begin but we were actually treated like family. I would like to THANK Geno Tarquinio,Jim Davies and Janet for taking the time to help my son buy a car. I have never had a car buying experience like it, So if you need a car Davies Ford is the place to go. To the nicest people in the Mon Valley Thank you again I will never forget everything you guys did! You guys are the best!

The salesman, Pat of Davies Ford in Charleroi, was very helpful in my time of need.
I looked for a replacement vehicle for the one that was totaled due to an accident. The type of vehicle i was looking for was available.
Working with Pat, a deal was made. So far I am very happy with them.
Pat also offered to return the rental car that I had.

Purchasing our new truck from Geno was the BEST!! He worked diligently to find us exactly what we wanted at the price we set. The truck was ready when we arrived, the paperwork was ready with no unexpected surprises, and we are very happy with our new 2017 F150! If you are looking for a new car or truck, I HIGHLY recommend Geno and Davies Ford of Charleroi!!

Bought a used Escape in the summer. Drew was great to deal with during the sale. I've had a couple of issues with it since the purchase, but Chris and Mike in the service department were able to get the repair work done. Chris arranged for a loner car while mine was in the shop. Overall, they have treated me good.

I purchased my Ford Fiesta from Davies Ford in August. I noticed a stutter in going from a stop to moving in traffic. I called in November to see when they could take a look at it. They had me in there within three days. They also gave me
A loaner for while it was in the shop. Chris from service took very good care of me and my car. They had to order parts and will call back when they have them. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from the service department!!!!response / report this review
