I would never have used this person, but our decorator recommended him, so I figured even though I don't like him and he's over priced, maybe he'll do a good job- I was completely wrong.

We installed three blinds (shear and then blackout) on separate tracks in our master bedroom.

For two of the blinds you pull down on the string to get the blinds to open and on one you pull up. There is no rhyme or reason to this.

Then, there are problems with the blinds he installed.

First of all, all of the blinds continually become unbuckled, meaning we need to get a ladder from our building to re buckle them. Then, he never finished installing one of the shear blinds. A portion of it just hangs down and there is no where to buckle it in. I get pissed every morning when I look at these blinds knowing how much this guy ripped me off

Don't use him. Just my recommendation.
