Thank God Daves nissan got bought out by Isselhardt nissan! Bought a car with 13k cash in February when it was still Daves nissan. I had problems right away, and Daves nissan was no help. Typical run around bs. Then when Isselhardt took over they had my car diagnosed and fixed for FREE! All I had to do was speak with the new service manager and a director named Gary. I can honestly say I would refer them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Isselhardt Nissan (Used to be Dave's Jackson Nissan) is under new ownership. As a long time service customer of 3 years, we have noticed the changes right away.

The waiting area has been redone and now has free snacks and fresh baked cookies.

The service managers really focus on making their customers happy. Everyone from parts to technicians to management are making a real effort to make customer support priority #1.

As a long time customer, I can only say, these changes are for the better! Give Isselhardt Nissan a shot!

Very Happy! my wife and I went to Dave's Nissan in Jackson about 3 years ago and we were not happy it was your typical used car dealership. So 3 years later my wife and I were in the market for a car we looked and looked nothing. So after some research we decided on a new Nissan and an online search brought us to Dave's Nissan reluctantly we went back to Dave's Nissan. Well we are glad we did we got a great deal and our sales team was great. No scummy sales tactics just a good deal. Will buy from them again.
