My husband and I worked with Matt Marok. He was very helpful and very professional! He even helped with my son while I switched around his car seat during test drives! We are very happy with our purchase and our service!

As usual we had great service at Greg Bell. We needed to buy new tires for our 2009 Silverado and the staff at Greg Bell went out of their way to help us. They price matched a price from somewhere else and in just over an hour they had our truck done. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Becky and the team at Greg Bell Chevy are absolutely outstanding. My wife and I saw our Equinox online and after a quick conversation they brought it by our house to look at!! After a quick test drive we heard a little noise in the brakes (which Becky actually brought to our attention!) and thought the pads might need to be replaced, well the next day they replaced the pads and rotors at no cost. Total brake job. Who else takes that extra step to make sure customers are taken care of?? Great communication and follow up, we really couldn't be happier with our experience. They definitely have a 5 star online rating for a reason. Thank you so much!!!

Mark and the Team at Greg Bell did an excellent job communicating with me through the entire process. My Suburban had a particularly difficult to diagnose electrical problem. After a full day of working on the issue, Mark helped putting me into a loaner so that my weekend was not disrupted. The technician/mechanic was able to solve the problem and my Suburban has been running great since. I will definitely use Greg Bell for my service needs in the future.great communications, and honest/thoughtful support for the customer.

I live in Ann Arbor and never would have thought to travel to Adrian, MI to buy a vehicle. I found a suitable vehicle through Auto Trader at Greg Bell Chevy and decided to check it out. I called and spoke with Jason to see if it was available. He found and prepped the vehicle for my visit on the following day. When i arrived, the vehicle was ready and the test drive was a success. I left a deposit and all paperwork was completed in a timely fashion. I am now the owner of a great GMC Terrain and completely satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Jason covered all the details, was friendly and professional. I will definitely do business with him in the future.

I just purchased my pre-owned car here this week and couldn't be happier! Brett was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions about the car. The whole process was smooth and everyone was so kind and patient with me! Matt Bell was also in and it was a pleasure getting to meet him. Great group of people! A top notch dealership I would recommend to anyone!

I bought my car from here in October 2016 and found the sales people to be so helpful and trustworthy! I was treated as an individual and not just another sale, which was so refreshing. There was no pressure, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

My father utilized Greg Bell when he bought his Chevy. We then purchased a Chevy from the Nice Car Company. Greg Bell's customer service is wonderful. I can leave their lot knowing I was taken care of like I was the most important person there.

Greg Bell Chev. dealership in Adrian is the best ! The salesmen, the service dept. They are all top notch. Easy to work with, on time and just extremely helpful. I sometimes don't understand the new technology that these newer cars have and I have to call and ask, they are always helpful and explain their answer to me.

Most excellent! We haven't had that good of a Car Rep in a long, long time! We've never seen a rep go to the extent that Jerry Hayes did; including taking us to another Chevrolet dealer and making a vehicle switch!
