I applied with you on Thursday. You didn’t respond. Nothing Friday. Saturday, I call you, "everyone is busy." I was pre approved in minutes with Quicken Loans. And CitiMortgage. I called you on Saturday, everyone was busy. I waited till Noon Monday, still nothing from you. I went with CitiMortgage. I like to deal local, but I also like to get things started in less than a weeks time.
