If you have any home remodel projects you are looking to complete, you need to call Daso Custom Cabinetry. Start to finish we have had such a wonderful experience. The quality of work is unlike anything I've ever seen and the attention to detail was perfection. Cristina was wonderful to work with and helped us design our new kitchen island, living room built ins and office built ins. I appreciated her insight and eye when picking everything out. Andy was our on site manager. He kept us updated on everything throughout the process. The majority of our work was completed by Jessy who did a phenomenal job. Everyone we worked with was professional and kind. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My post will likely not reflect our level of satisfaction with our new kitchen from Daso. Originally I planned to do the entire project myself, but working with Daso allowed me to complete a good deal of the project while getting cabinets designed specifically for the space. The Daso team was more than happy to allow me to do the demo, and rebuild the ceiling an soffit. They built cabinets that are deeper to "wrap" the soffit (pictured). They also build a cool pantry around some duct work with shallow shelves on the left side where ductwork travels to the second floor and deep pull outs on the right side (pictured).

They were happy to work with me and let me save money by performing the demo and installing both the flooring and backsplash. I had plenty of time to install the flooring between when the cabinets were installed and the countertops were measured and installed. They scheduled the final trim work around me.

A couple of months after the install I noticed a slight dribble on a wall. I thought an upstairs shower and/or sink might be the cause. Eventually I discovered that during installation a couple of screws missed a stud and were instead anchored in a PVC downpipe. I notified Daso and the next day, cabinet was down, the drywall was opened, the pipe was patched and the the drywall was repaired. The next day the cabinet was rehung.

Both my wife and i highly recommend Daso.

Our decision to go with Daso was based upon our initial meeting with their lead designer Alan, who developed a comprehensive detailed proposal, that also included a 3-dimensional rendering showing our new kitchen arrangement. Cost of course was another major consideration, but you will find they are competitively priced compared with other custom cabinet suppliers. It's also worth noting that they offer a complete design, build and installation service, which is exactly what we wanted. Alan, together with Cristina and Tara from their Strongsville office, were there to guide and support us throughout the project. As well as being very knowledgeable in their profession, they were extremely helpful and are super nice people. As the word 'custom' implies, your only limitation is the limit of your imagination. Working with these guys is like going on an 'imagineeering' adventure.
We found that the quality and workmanship of their cabinets are of the highest standard. They also supplied the custom quartz countertop. Did I say they provide a 'full service'?
Installation went smoothly, although not without the unexpected challenges. Our thanks goes out to Andy and his very experienced crew. Especially Jesse, who was so meticulous in ensuring everything was installed perfectly.
So to summarize, we have been very pleased with Daso from conception to completion of our project, as they have met and in many cases exceeded our expectations. After all, we deserved the very best.

Very happy with our new kitchen. Only reason to give 4 vs. 5 stars is that the business is working on systems to better coordinate sub-contractors and scheduling. We'd love to see Daso develop better communication with subs so crews show up with documented job scope and parts required for the job (electric and plumbing) to save time, consternation.
We enjoyed and appreciated the design team, very interested in being thorough with client. Daso's custom cabinetry is a great value versus catalog cabinets. We needed things to fit a specific space that only custom could do. Created our stain shade preference plus the interior of all cabinets is a beautiful wood finish. High quality and durable.
We would work with Daso again.

We used Daso during the fall 2022 to help remodel our mudroom and first floor bath. I will start by saying the quality of the cabinets themselves is good. We have not had any issues with the cabinetry.

What we had issues with was the installation process. First, Daso staff came out to install our cabinets and boot bench. We were home for the process. Instead of using a stud finder, the employee knocked on the walls to find the studs, resulting in many unnecessary nail holes. There were several area that our walls were dinged as well, scraping the paint and dry wall.

The countertop staff (presumably contracted from Cambria, so I am not sure how responsible Daso is for this), was no better. We found multiple large marks on our walls from installation.

I reached out to the company via email with pictures. I sent the email to the staff member i had been in contact with. My husband received a response from Jeff, the general manager, stating that touch up work was to be expected. This was shocking to us as we had our kitchen done in 2020 by another company and did not have this experience.

We also discovered an issue with the crown molding installed over our boot bench. For this, they did offer to send someone out to take a look but we had already had this corrected.

While I agree the cabinetry is beautiful, I am immensely disappointed in the quality of work. I can confidently say, they do not “ensure a flawless process from start to finish” as their website claims.
