Great staff to work with. Staff is very thorough, prompt and keen in assisting clients with any questions or concerns. Also, The managerial staff makes sure that they provide all the appropriate training to the Account Executives to ensure that they too provide the best possible customer service to the clients from the beginning to end of the factoring process.

We have work with America's Factors for over 5 years, they are always willing to help. the staff over at America's Factors are always ready and willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure my needs are always taken care . they are always advancing and making the factoring process easier to the point I can now do everything on my phone and it only takes me 5 minutes to summit my invoice for factoring. founding is very fast.

We’ve been with America’s Factors since May of 2018. They are always professional when dealing with them and I really like how I can always get in contact with someone during business hours. They always respond to my emails right away.
