  Absolutely come here to Nadie! I had the best experience with her, she has fixed my phone twice and it has been an amazing experience both times. She was so accommodating, and walked me through every step it took it fix my phone. She provided pictures throughout the process, and really took the time to explain to me what was happening. She is so quick as well, she fixed my broken screen in 15 minutes, as well as water damage, and a broken battery in 2 hours. I would highly recommend this place.

  They were amazing! Nadia was able to get important information off our phone after black screen of death. She communicated with all the time about what was going on with the phone and her time frame for repairs. She was great when we brought our kids by the shop too!

  My iPhone SE was not working . It was not a broken screen but we couldn’t see anything on it. I took it to T-Mobile on FM 1463 off I 10 and the rep there, referred me to Phone Repairs N More. I was skeptical at first because I don’t like been given the run around but considering it was less than a half a mile-way, I decided to check it out, and I’m glad I did. Nadia was sweet and knowledgeable and surprisingly she had it fixed with 25 minutes, She even offer me Tea while I waited . I pay more for my gym membership than I did here , $90 for the repair and a screen protector, unbeatable!! The best service ! Thank you

  I have never had such an amazing experience at a retail store before. These women have changed my perception of customer service they are knowledgeable, professional and passionate about phone repairs, what sets this store apart is the level of care and attention they give to their customers. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my options, and they were always happy to answer my questions. And when I got my phone back, it was like new the repair work was done quickly and my phone looks and functions perfectly and the screen has a lifetime warranty on it.

  I loved it here!! I came to fix an apple watch and my experience here was stellar. They fixed my watch within a day and it works perfectly! The screen was extremely damaged but now there is no evidence of a break and it looks and works like brand new. The customer service here is wonderful there were two really nice ladies who helped me out. They even made sure to look up the models and compare the price of the fix to a new model which is very thoughtful. Also, It's a nice little shop and is kept extremely clean. I'm not sure what the price point compares to other places, but my screen repair was around $180 including tax. I revived a coupon too for my next repair which is great. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this place to anyone.
