When my insurance changed, there was no way I could afford to have any prescriptions filled here anymore, which is a shame because their customer service is excellent and they get to know you as a person, but their prices are sky-high compared to other pharmacies. $80 for one prescription at Dandurand vs. $9 for the same prescription at other pharmacies once my insurance wasn't quite as good. Yikes!

The staff are so amazing they truly care about their patients the small-town feel Pharmacy where the pharmacist know your name the staff know who you are it's just a great place to go

Super amazing pharmacy and always friendly. If you need the perscription right away, they get it set up in 15 minutes or less or make sure you know that they don't have what you need and will suggest other places to go if you need to.

They are usually fast and a accurate, only had a couple issues that were only inconvenient. However, once they pissed me off. Doc approved early fill due to things outside of my control. They didn't call and get approval until I drove over and made a scene. I was left in pain for several hour because they treated me like a drug addict looking for a high instead of a long term extreme pain patient. My spine is broken, failed back surgery, kidney plumbing issues that are very painful. Had all the surgeries and I am still in agony They don't have any way of knowing this if they choose to distrust everyone, so I won't hold it against them as other employees have always treated me with respect and understanding.

I love this place, phenomenal customer service in store and pharmacy! I won't go to any other pharmacy except their locations. Retail store is fabulous from Trapp candles, trendy clothing, and unique home decor to convenience store it's perfect (in my opinion) Thank you & keep it up!
