Mark Eaton was my salesman that did a wonderful job.
He was very thorough and very educated in selling his product. He found me discounts that made it more economical for me.I had a great experience learning about windows. Being a homeowner is a work in progress, but it was with great trepidation that we bit the bullet on window replacement. Our home is almost thirty and the original windows were failing. Renewal by Andersen was running an ad that featured no interest or payments for 24 months, so we gave them a call. Frankly, I was expecting a stereotypical used car salesman to come into our home and strong arm us into building a new home. I couldn't have been more wrong!
Justin Brown is a knowledgeable sales professional, who spends as much time getting to know you and your needs, as he does representing his product. Price and terms not withstanding, the benefits of doing business with Renewal by Andersen are as follows: The Kansas division of Renewal by Andersen has done business here for many years. The product is manufactured here in the US and each window is custom built to fit the opening. There is a knowledgeable installation coordinator who measures each window and confirms your product selection at that time. Members of the installation team are employed by Renewal by Andersen. There are pricing discounts dependent upon the number of windows you purchase. The approval and ordering process is automated and only takes a few moments.
We are relieved that a problem we knew we were facing is now in the process of being resolved and in a few weeks we will be be enjoying our new windows and saving energy which will help pay for the investment. Anthony Lester was our sales person who came to visit with us about replacing windows. He was most patient and spent a tremendous amount of time answering our questions and looking over the situation and helping us to determine what would be the best for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product and everything involved in the process and his computer program was wonderful for figuring up what we needed to know. Absolutely great service from start to finish! Steve and Mark were descriptive, supportive and patient with me :-) as they helped me make choices on what type of window and door to get that would be functional, beautiful and affordable. Steve was great! He showed us new window models and demonstrated how the new windows help keep unwanted heat out of the house. He gave us great options for window replacements. Can't wait to get these installed!

We initially were not sure what type of windows we wanted and just decided to replace the windows with the same design. After initial estimate we began to consider other options. Anthony and the renewal team were so nice to come back out completely modify the original plan and stay late to make sure we would like what we wanted, going through multiple options. They understood how important this decision is to us. We would DEFINITELY recommend Renewal by Andersen to everyone! Thanks Guys!!

Renewal by Andersen has been a great company to work with on our windows and door. David Alvarez was a fantastic sales person and project contact for us. The windows and door are great products. They changed the heat level in our entryway to almost non-existent! Wally Getman was a great installer. When we had an issue, he came back himself to make sure it was done right. He helped make the whole experience even better! A fantastic company with a great product!

These people by far are the most professional, respectful, and friendly people to deal with! Our salesman (Stephen Leary) was a very honest, polite, and amazing man that relates to his customers on a personal level in a financial and economical way when it deals with the window and door market. I just have so many other positive things to say about our salesman that I want to keep this short and sweet. The gentleman that called to schedule a time for installation (Wes) was very professional and curtous to his customers on scheduling a good time and date for installation. The installation gentlemen (Gary & BJ) that came out were quick and meticulous when installing our windows and door. All around I would say I would DEFINITELY recommend and be dealing with Renewal by Anderson again and again!! A++++++!!!!

I love my Renewal by Anderson windows, Really! My representative, Anthony Lester knew his product well and was good at explaining the value of the windows. Then the installers were clean, David Newman was efficient, courteous, and Quick. All windows replaced in one day!! But what I notice the most, is how quiet they keep my living space. I had my doors and new windows open when a neighbor started using a loud leaf blower so loud that I closed everything, and it was amazing. I couldn't hear it any longer. I love my new windows!

My experience in working with Renewal by Andersen was excellent. The salesman, Steve was very thorough and helpful through the whole process. The installation crew, headed by Gary were great. They were both very nice to work with and did an outstanding job with the install. I live in an older house and they were able to work through the difficulties that come with an older home. Great process and I am very pleased with my new windows.

Where do I start? This company is beyond professional and among the highest quality in service and product, of any company I've ever worked with. From the sales rep to the installers, who take pride in their work and take care of all details, right down to clean up up. Amazing. I'm a local Realtor and understand the importance of high quality materials and installation when it comes to windows and doors. This is the only window and installation company I will refer clients to, if they want only the best. Thank you guys! And yes, we love our new windows!

Windows looked great! The process was quick and painless. Anthony was out sales guy and did everything he could to help us out and make it affordable for us. The installers were quick and very knowledgeable. They made sure they did everything right and went above and beyond. They explained everything they were doing. Very pleased!
