We experienced very poor customer service throughout our job but the owner has extended himself to hear our concerns and make things right. We experienced poor communication and disappointing results. We were told one thing, and then had work done that was far less than promised. We've spent a lot of money and time fixing things since they left but the owner's efforts to fix the problem have gone above and beyond.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Terrible customer service and overall service. Bad experience from installation where lawn coverage was not good, then yearly maintenance (start up and winterization) requires multiple trips to get work done. It is obvious they don't take their time to check their work and make sure it is working properly. We have had to have them come out multiple times to complete any and all work. Quality of work is very poor. Steer clear.
