We purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado in November 2016 and are very happy with it! It came with a one year warranty -- unheard of in the area we live in. The entire experience with Brooke and her father was pleasant and professional. If we need another vehicle, driving to PA from CT is worth the trip.

I haven't had the best experience with this dealer, but it could also be much worse. Most of the people I've dealt with have been very nice, but the car they sold me has been nothing but trouble. After just 2 days, the master cylinder needed to be replaced (thankfully, the seller threw in a VERY limited warranty to sweeten the deal, and that covered this). Within 2 weeks, my check engine light lit up from a bad catalytic converter. Within 4 weeks, I've discovered at least 1 clamp that was replaced by a haphazardly tied wire AND a pretty bad leak in the cooling system. I probably wouldn't have even bought the car if I wasn't in such desperate need of a "new" vehicle.

BUT, they've got a pretty good word-of-mouth reputation in the area and have been in business for a long time, so they've got to be doing SOMETHING right. Just be cautious when making a purchase here (or from any used dealer, really).

The moment I stepped out of my car I was hounded by a sales person (the owner's daughter). Literally, I wasn't out of the car for ten seconds. I just wanted to look at the minivans they had. They all had very, very high mileage(well over 130,000) and prices of vans with much lower mileage. There was one I had any interest in at all, and was met with a look of disgust from the salesperson when I asked if I could take it to my mechanic before I purchased it. She said they didn't do that, and could tell me what their mechanics said about it. I have never purchased a used vehicle without having my mechanic see it first. Over the years I have bought four used vehicles from four different lots and NONE of them had the slightest problem with taking the car to my mechanic. When I told her this, she went and got "special permission" from dad the owner, who gruffly arranged for me to come back the next day to take it and have it checked over. Their approach and "salesmanship" was so negative I never went back, and I was so annoyed with them, I don't think I'll ever bother with them when I need a car in the future.
